(A/N: I just want to remind y'all that I know members of Exo left, but I'm pretending they're still in the band.)

~Two Years Later~

~Kali's P.O.V.~

"Yah, Jagiya!" Chanyeol's voice calls from the hallway, "Ever coming down? It's your birthday, you know!" "Neh neh neh, in a minute!" I yell back, "Just let us finish this video!" I was currently sitting on the bed in Xiumin's room, watching Exo's new music video, Love Me Right, with Xiumin. "Wae?" Chanyeol yelled back, "I want to cuddle!" "Give me a minute!"

I was left in peace for a moment before I heard the loud clunky of footsteps on the stairs. Already knowing what was coming I handed the laptop to Xiumin, giving him a kiss on the cheek before turning to face my boyfriend in the doorway.

"Did I say you could kiss him like that?" I raise an eyebrow. "Who, Xiumin?" He nods, crossing his arms and pouting. "Your only supposed to kiss me!" I laugh, grabbing his arm and pulling him from Xiumin's room. "Come on Yeollie, don't you want to cuddle?"

I pull my pouting boyfriend down the hall until we reach the room we share, pushing him playfully inside. "I'll be right back, okay?" I tell him, grinning, "Just give me a minute." He frowns but nods, flopping down on his bed. "Arraseo, but be back soon, okay?" I nod, smiling brightly at him before running to the bathroom.

I sigh loudly as I walk into the bathroom, shutting and locking the door behind me. Blinking slowly, I open the cabinet door and pull out my bottle of pills, opening it. I pour two onto my palm and look down at them, frowning. Do I still really need these?

I set the pinkish pills on the counter and put the bottle away, looking into the mirror in front of me. I blink, tilting my head as I stare at my reflection. I look older...well, obviously. I turn 18 today. I'm finally an adult. Wow, I didn't think I'd last this long.

Sighing again, I pick up the pills and pop them into my mouth, swallowing them dry. I really don't need them, but my 'umma' insists I take them. Seriously, Suho can be quite annoying sometimes.

Swallowing hard again I look down at my hands, noticing a bit of one of my scars showing. My eyes widen as I quickly pull down my sleeve, but then an idea pops into me head. Would it work today? Might as well try.

Bending down, I reach under the sink counter, pulling out my carving knife. I hold it up to the light, running my finger over the edge. It's still sharp. That's good. I flip it over in my hand and pull up my sleeve, positioning it over an empty spot. Here goes nothing.

Gritting my teeth, I press the edge of the knife into my arm and drag it down my skin, creating a red line. Wincing, I set the knife on the counter and hold my opposite hand up over the cut, closing my eyes. I take a deep breath and focus, breathing in and out slowly. Heal, I think to myself silently, Please, heal!

I open my eyes and slump in defeat, watching as blood drips from my unhealed cut. My vision blurs for a second as I grow dizzy, making me blink repeatedly. My vision clears only when I shake my head, widening my eyes.

Frowning, I rip off a piece of toilet paper and clean up my cut, clenching my teeth in frustration. Why can't I still use them? I've been trying so hard! Ugh!

Clenching my teeth once more I bandage up my cut before hiding my blade, stuffing the bloodied tissue under the sink with the blade. Sighing, I straighten, pulling my sweatshirt sleeves down past my wrists as I stare in the mirror. You will get them back, I tell myself as I unlock the bathroom door, walking out, You will so you can protect your family.

Frowning, I walk back to Chanyeol, forcing on a smile right before he sees me. It's my birthday, so I might as well act happy, right?
