I forgot the original plot of this story welp (js Y/N's backstory dw everything else stays the same). And anywaysss I'll prob need more time to actually write this now bcs the lore will go DEEEEEPP and I don't wanna rush things or make it unlogical. I dunno what I meant in the notes I left for myself 💔And no way a Bakugo angst edit made me come back wtf.

+ needa rewatch mha so that characters don't feel ooc

Shoutout to my (new) proofreader (who's part of the reason why I gained motivation to write again):

Am I dragging shi out too much? It's chapter 31 and we're at idkk is this season 2 or season 3 of MHA?

The dagger had been thrown at them from somewhere like a light bolt, too fast for their naked eye to follow as the five of them were desperately holding back their shock with their hands covering their mouths at the brink of throwing up.

A villain must've noticed them.

There was no other possibility.

Who? From where? How?

Thousand possibilities were running through Midoriya's mind as he was too shocked to move, his body shivering as his eyes dared to glance in the direction from where that  weapon came from with lightning speed, his legs almost giving up as the wall was his only savior right now, keeping him from collapsing on the spot.

The five of them ought to not make a sound as AFO was still behind that wall, spreading terror like a wildfire.

...

Trapped.

It was the only fitting word for their situation.

The only word that came to their mind.

A gushing wind swept beside Todoroki, the penetrating sound almost making them lose their composure.

Another white-ish spike.

It merely missed the dual-haired boy by a mere millimeter, striking the white half of his hair as a thick pitch-black liquid spread where the spike was, slowly making its way down the wall. The danger spreading from it was like a snake repeatedly hissing at its prey, daring to come closer before they'd strike with their poisonous fangs.

It was over for them.

They wouldn't get out alive.

They shouldn't have disobeyed the rules to save Bakugo.

They got it. They were too naive for thinking-

Wait.

Something didn't add up in Midoriya's mind.
