She was used to it by then,
Could no longer feel the adrenaline rush,
So what's one more cut, one more scratch, one more scar...Just to feel.
She didn't mean
For it to get that far
She just wanted to feel alive
And it was the only way she knew how.Blinded by her own misery,
Visibility zero.
There was pulse,
There was heartbeat,
Yet still felt as though she had flatlined.Deeper and deeper she went
On the brink of death
Deep down she realized
She didn't want to die...Just. Wanted. To. Feel. Alive.
