Izabel pov

I wake up with a stomach ache. I toss and turn but it won't go away. I get up carefully as to not wake up a sleeping Jeff, he deserves his sleep. I finally find the floor and silently walk out of the door and down the stairs to the kitchen where Slendy sits at the table.
"Dad?" I ask and he turns to face me
"Child, what are you doing up so late, it's two in the morning" he says and I put my hand on my stomach.
"I have a stomachache, do you have any Tylenol or pain relievers I can take?"
"Yes dear" he gets up and grabs two pills from the medicine cabinet, handing them to me with a glass of water.
"Here you go"
"Thanks" I say swallowing both pills and clutching my stomach in pain again, doubling over only to be picked up by Slendy and laid on the couch in the living room. Beads of sweat form on my forehead and he wipes them of with a cold wet cloth.
"Oh dear child, you must have caught a stomach bug or something, but you will be fine" he reassures me and Jeff comes downstairs.
"What is going on down here" he asks tiredly and Slendy speaks up.
"It seems as if Izabella has caught a stomach bug and needs her rest, keep your small fan blowing on her and this cloth on her forehead too.
"Ok Slendy" he says picking me up and carrying me upstairs bridal style, laying me on his side of the bed where the fan was and turning it on, placing the cloth on my forehead and pulling the blanket to my waist, then climbing in next to me.
"Hey you remember Smile? The dog human?" He asks
"Yea"
"He's coming back tomorrow"
"Yay, I like Smile" I say tiredly and he chuckles
"Go to sleep" he says and my eyes widen as I realize his signature phrase.
"Not like that babe, get some rest" he says and I giggle, my wolf ears twitching.
"Ok" I say closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep.

I wake up a few hours later before anyone else, the stomachache getting worse. I silence my groans as to not wake the sleeping Jeff beside me. I struggle but manage to get up and out the door, down the hall and into the bathroom, kneeling next to the toilet and emptying everything out until I'm limp and leaning against the bathtub. a slight knock on the door comes and my ears twitch.
"Izabella, are you ok, may I come in?" I hear the voice of smile on the other side. I flush it all down and weakly reply.
"Y-yes" he opens the door and sees me, immediately kneeling next to me in his human form and lifting my head up.
"Izabella, oh my god come on let's get you laid down on the couch" he gently picks me up and lays me on the couch, Slendy appearing soon after and laying a cold cloth on my head, covering me halfway with a blanket and giving me two tylenols. I groan and grip my stomach.
"Slenderman, this doesn't seem like a stomach bug..." Smile says and grips my hand.
"Slender, do you think she's...."
"I'm, I'm not sure, I can check to make sure though, she's only 18 and Jeff's 22(go with it I can't remember)"
"Just check Slenderman"
"Ok, lift her shirt" I was too weak to protest so Smile bares my stomach and Slendy places a gentle hand on it, rubbing it in circles.
"Child, have you and Jeff had sexual intercourse recently?"
"Uh, yea why"
"My child, I regret to inform you that you're pregnant, from what it seems you're 3 weeks into the pregnancy" my eyes widen and I gasp
"But how is that possible, Jeff isn't even human and I'm part fucking wolf."
"I'm not sure, but it has happened."
"Oh my god, no, w-what if Jeff doesn't want kids, what if it's a miscarriage, what if-" Smile puts his hand over my mouth and smiles gently at me.
"It's going to be fine Izabella, if you want I'll be there when you tell him?"
"No thank you Smile, I need to tell Jeff myself"
"Ok"
I cautiously stand up and walk upstairs, stopping at our door. I slowly turn the handle and go in, shutting it behind me. I look at the sleeping Jeff and sigh.
"J-Jeff" I say the tears brimming at my eyes. He sits up and takes his eye mask off, looking concerned when he sees my condition.
"Izzy, what's wrong?" He says standing up and coming towards me. He grabs my hands and I look up at him (considering I'm shorter than him)
"Izabel what's wrong"
"Jeff you're probably going to leave me and hate me forever" he looks confused and I look at the ground.
"Jeff, I-I, *sighs* I'm 3 weeks pregnant" I say and his hands grip mine extremely tight making me cringe.
"Jeff, JEFF YOU'RE HURTING ME LET GO PLEASE" I say knowing he's pissed. He lets go of my hands and I drop to my knees in tears. He steps back a little and I jump up, slamming the door open and running out.
"IZABEL" everyone screams after me as I run out of the mansion and into the woods, feeling like someone stabbed me in the heart. I keep running until my stomach pains are so bad I collapse at the edge of the forest. A pair of arms closes around me and a hand clasps over my mouth. I struggle to get free until I hear the voice.
"Izzy please, stop, I was only shocked, I'm happy, just scared."
He flips me around and rubs his thumbs under my eyes to dry my tears.
"Jeff, I'm 18, this is just too much for me to handle, the baby's not even going to be human, we will have to hide it from the world, it can't go to school or have friends it's age, Jeff this can't work if I have this baby, I will have to go back to the human world, and Slendy will have to turn me and the baby back to human so they don't ask questions"
"I won't let that happen" he says picking me up. I wrap my arms around his neck and legs around his torso while he supports me.
"Let's go home ok, we will get you something to eat and get you in bed to rest"
"Ok" I say yawning and laying my head on his shoulder. He carries me all the way back to the mansion and lays me on the bed in our room. He lays down next to me and puts his hands on my stomach.
"We've got a baby in there Izzy"
"I know Jeff, but I don't feel so good, can you please get me some water and a cold cloth" I ask with beads of sweat appearing on my forehead.
"Of course, I'll be right back" he leaves the room and I get up, kicking off my shoes and taking off my clothes, getting one of my black tank tops and pajama shorts, putting them on and laying back in the bed.
"Slendy" I say and within seconds he's standing next to me and sits down on the bed.
"What is it my child?"
"Can you and Smile promise not tell anybody about my pregnancy yet, please?"
"Of course, is that all?"
"Yes, thank you" I hug him and my wolf ears twitch
He teleports out of the room and I reach next to me to flip on the small fan. Jeff walks in and hands me the water, placing the wet cloth on the back of my neck and laying next to me. I drink the water in gulps and lay down, flipping out the light and falling asleep myself.
