Chapter 1- Dem Boyz

    Its June 4th, Roxy's 16th birthday and her and her squad are going to the boardwalk and movies. Its only 9:00 and Roxy still hasn't woke up. Then someone starts beating on the door yelling wake up. She rolls to the floor, then stands up, walks to the door, and opens it.

~My Apartment~

Squad: Happy Birthday!!
Roxy: Thank you(hugging them)
Zoey: Umm what were you doing?
Roxy: Sleeping, y'all ass woke me up. I fell out the goddamn bed.
Michelle:(laughing) Don't tell nobody else that.
Layla: She gonna remind our ass about that all day.
Zoey: Not me.
Roxy: What you mean not you?
Zoey: I ain't gonna be wit y'all.
Jordan: Where the fuck you gonna be?
Zoey: My grandma in the hospital.
Squad: Awww, go be wit your grandma.
Zoey: Shidd I am.
Roxy: Tell her I said love her.
Zoey: Ok.

~The Boardwalk~
-That Evening(4:00)

*Roxy had on a white half shirt, white high waist shorts, and sandals.

*Michelle had on a white shirt, joggers, and red and black Jordans.

*Layla had on a long neon pink jersey with the number 16 on the back and some high waisted pants and some Sperries.

*London had a white half shirt, joggers, and Jordans.

*Jordan had on a white t-shirt, skinnies, and sandals.

    There all at the boardwalk laughing and talking. The first store they hit up was Cold Stone Creamery. (Some would say it matched their hearts very cold and made of stone. Because they said what was on they mind and didnt care who feelings they hurt in the process,"The Truth is the Truth." But they ain't as cold as everyone thinks, their very generous.) Then they went to eat at Johnny's Pizza before it was time for there movie.)

Roxy:(laughing) So what y'all wanna watch?
Michelle: Its yo birthday.
Layla: Lets watch "The Gallows"
London: Fuck no.
Jordan: How about...
London: No scary shit
Jordan: "Jurassic World."
Roxy: Yea, we can watch that cause I wanna see it.
Jordan: Shit me too.
Michelle: You should really hit Greg up.
Jordan: Hell yea.
Roxy: Guhh fuck him.
Layla: She know damn well she don't mean that.
Roxy: I sure don't (laughing)
London: Why the fuck he dye his hair green tho.
Jordan: looking like a muddafuckin watermelon rhine.(They all start laughing)
Layla: He ain't all that to be honest.
Roxy: Shit I know.
Michelle: And his taste in females he need his ass whooped.
Roxy: I saw that, thats why I don't say much to him.
Layla: Why?
Roxy: Cause the bitch said I was cute and said he liked but his ass had a new girlfriend every other week and it was not me.
Michelle: You talkin bout 10th grade year?
Roxy: Shut up.
Michelle: Why
Roxy: 10th grade year was 2 weeks ago. Talkin like we finna be seniors are some shit.(Michelle starts laughing.)
Michelle: My bad. But I remember that shit tho.
Layla: I bet you do.

-The Movies

     So Roxy walked up to the the ticket holder and told him what they wanted.

Ticketholder: Good evening, how may I help you?
Roxy: 5 tickets to see "Jurassic World" please.
Ticketholder: That'll be a total of $75.00.
Roxy: Here you go.
Ticketholder: Here are your tickets, hope you enjoy the movie, oh and Happy Birthday.
Roxy: Thank you.

     They all walk to their seats and put their 3D glasses on. They got they popcorn, gummi bears, and pop. They laughing,and looking at the movie like they really interested. Roxy can't even look down at the bag of gummi bears and Michelle forgot she was chewing on a twizzler. Layla, London, and Jordan over there eating the popcorn like the movie is just the shit. Its been about 2 hours.

Roxy: This ending is the shit.
Jordan: hell yea.
Layla: Imma be Aunt Claire when them dinosaur come get our ass.
Roxy: Hell nahh u gonna be running too.
London: Imma be the damn dinosaur. Fuck all y'all lives up.
Roxy: We believe you(laughing)
Layla: I wonder if Zoey still at the hospital wit her grandma.
Michelle: You know damn well she ain't still at no hospital.
Roxy: Well where the hell she at then?
Michelle: Who knows, you know Zoey do what she want.

     They walked out the movie theater and bumped into some boys. The boys are new to there state and will be new to the school in August.

Roxy: umm, scuse us.
Kaiden: Y'all ok. Umm my name is Kaiden. This is Drew, Braxton, Nygiel, and Jaiden my twin.
Roxy: My name's Roxy. This is Michelle...
Michelle: Wassup.
Roxy: Layla...
Layla: Hiya.
Roxy: Jordan...
Jordan: Heyy.
Roxy: and London.
London: Hi.
Boys: Heyy. So are y'all familiar with... Well everything.
Roxy: Yea, we're familiar.
Layla: been here our whole lives.
Jaiden: Maybe y'all could show us around sometime.
Layla:(smiling) We can do that.
London: How about Saturday?
Nygiel: Lets do it.
Kaiden: We'll see y'all Saturday then.
Roxy: Yes you will.
Kaiden: oh, and Happy Birthday.
Roxy: Thank you.

    They leave and go back to Roxy's apartment.

Roxy: They were cute. Especially Kaiden.
Michelle: Where Greg at?
Roxy: Guhh shut up, ain't even get a Happy Birthday from him.
London: cuss him out.
Roxy: for what, he ain't my nigga.
Jordan: Still should cuss him out.
Roxy: Nahh I'm good.
Layla: Thats because she after one of them new boys. Don't feel bad tho cause I want Jaiden.
Roxy: Lawd, already?
