'You won't even know were gone'

Grayson POV
It was the day I have been waiting for, today we travel to LA!

I leaped out of bed and ran into my brothers room, he was curled up under the duvet, and I flopped beside him, resting my head on the corner of his pillow. I then laid there for around 30 seconds waking myself up properly before grabbing Ethan's shoulder and shaking them.

''wake up buddy, today's the day we have been waiting for ''

He groaned and showed no sign of moving so I rolled off his bed and walked into the bathroom looking in the cupboards for prank material.

I found some shaving foam, squirting some onto my hands and as I walked out I bumped into my mum.

''Morning, umm.. what are you doing with that in your hand?'' She questioned sounding suspicious.

'' never you worry, it's all good, see you at breakfast'' I winked back. She smiled and rolled her eyes, walking into the bathroom.

I got my phone with my one free hand from the side of my bed and quickly clicked on the vine app and recorded.

''Smack cam'' I whispered, as I smacked him. The foam covering the side of his face, hair and ear! Laughing, I turned off record and posted it.
'' was that really necessary'' Ethan shouted as I scurried out.

Savannah POV.
I was having a bad feeling about today, I walked down stairs after lunch and I saw suitcases and bags piled up at the front door.

Maybe they were actually right about leaving!

That made me sad. I don't cope well with people leaving. We were taking them to the airport soon.

I heard Grayson and Ethan rushing around up stairs.
'' we have 5 minutes to get to the airport and it takes about 10 minutes to get there'' Ethan shouted.

'' alright, alright, I'm coming'' Grayson huffed.

Ethan grabbed his backpack and held his hand out for me to take.
I thought about ignoring him like I have done the past couple of days but I really wanted him now so I grabbed it with both hands. He looked down at me and smiled at my enthusiasm.

He put his backpack in the back of the car and got in the front. Grayson ran down the path and threw his bag in the back and picked me up and placed me in my car seat. I didn't want them to leave so I thought being difficult might make them miss their flight.

Grayson POV.
We were running extremely late and I wasn't really ready but I knew I had to get out the house otherwise we would never get there.

After the second time my mum beeped the car for us to hurry up, I ran outside shutting the door and dumped my bag in the back. I lifted Savannah into her car seat and started to strap her up quickly when she started to challenge me.

'' Savvy, let me put your seatbelt on or we are going to be late'' I said getting flustered knowing how late we are already.

'' Nooooooo, I don't want it on'' she whined.

'' you put it on then, by yourself'' tried to encourage her, tempting her as well as trying to get it done as quickly as possible.

''No, I'm not touching it'' she replied pouting, crossing her arms.

''Well, I will then'' being firm with her, grabbing the straps and pulling her arms through them, whilst she fidgets and fights. My mum then tried to calm her down by bribing her.

'' if you let Grayson put on your straps then when we get home we can make Oreo cupcakes''

''Noooo I don't want to, I want to be with no straps'' still fighting, I had to hold her down to strap her up and this she didn't like one bit, she broke out into the ear piercing screams.
''Finally done'' as I ran to the other side of the car and jumped in.

We were almost there and the screams had not stopped. Savvy was trying to undo the straps but couldn't as they were child proof.

''Savannah you better keep them on hunny, you will get hurt otherwise'' my mum calmly said to her.

We finally arrived, and ran to the check in desk, we checked in with 2 minutes to spare.

After that drama, we went to say our goodbyes to mum and savannah. Mum was telling us all the safety precautions such as stick together and don't go out past 11pm by yourself. I gave her a great big hug and kissed her cheek.

Savannahs POV.
Me and mummy had to wait for my brothers to check in. I was still mad my plan didn't work, it just made my mum annoyed at me.

''Your behaviour in the car was unacceptable, you need to wear a seatbelt otherwise you will get seriously hurt and a bandaid might not fix it.'' She softly spoke to me whilst kneeling down at my level.

''Sowwey mummy'' I said still sniffling.

'' that's ok, now let's go say goodbye to those brothers of yours'' mum said enthusiastically.

Mum and Grayson were hugging and talking about rules when Ethan was typing something on his phone. He then slipped it back in his short pockets and grabbed me.

'' c'mere you, are you going to miss me'' he said as he grabbed me tighter. I nodded as tears were growing in my eyes.

''Don't get upset, we are just leaving for 2 weeks, you won't even realise were gone'' he said using his thumb to clear the tears that escaped my eyes. I hugged him tighter and then he put me down, ruffling my hair before going over to mum.

Grayson came down to my level and pulled me over so I was stood in between his bent knees.

''What was that fuss in the car for? Ey? You never act up like that''
I looked at the ground, thinking how he kinda knows my plan.

'' I didn't want my strap on'' I mumbled.

'' is that really the reason savvy?''
He raised his eyebrows at me. I thought for a moment then looked him in the eye and shook my head.

'' I thought that if I was fussy you wouldn't make it on time and you wouldn't leave me'' I mumbled starting to feel guilty. He looked sorry for me, he stared into my eyes like he was reading my emotions like a book.

''Im sorry'' I squeaked as a tear rolled down my face.

''Savvy, your too clever for your good do you know that'' he said not expecting me to answer. He pulled me into a hug and I grabbed his neck as he stood up still holding me. I gripped his t shirt hoping that he wouldn't have to go.

He slowly put me on the ground. And knelt down to my level again.

''You be a big girl and be brave for us and mum whilst we are gone. Can you do that?'' I nodded and a smile crept through my lips. He kissed my head and walk away with Ethan by his side.

''Bye bye'' I spoke as they walked up the escalators to security checks. And mum took me back to the car and I let her strap me in, thinking about being good for mum whilst they were away.
