Grayson POV

We were eating at the restaurant and I looked out the window and saw a familiar face.

I sat up and focused my eyes more as she disappeared out of sight. I looked around and she was nowhere to be seen.

'We're meeting nate garner tomorrow, you looking forward to it Gray?' Ethan knocked me out of my tracks.

'Hm, yeah I am' I replied.

'You ok, you seem a little out of it?' Ethan asked worriedly.

'Sorry. I'm just tired and taking everything in the meeting' I lied.

I'm really not coping with mum gone. I keep seeing her in my tracks.

I'm going insane. It looks like her so much it hurts. Its not even her though. It can't be.

She's gone.

Ethan POV

I generally don't know what's up with Gray but I'm syked to be here!

'Do you like my drawing?' Sav asked.

'I love it, what's it of ?' I spoke.

'It's me, you, gray, mummy and daddy.'

Me and gray looked at each other.

' You don't know what dad looks like kid, you never saw him.' I spoke gently.

'But that's what he looked like' she spoke convinced.

Trying to change the subject, I taut her a game 'Look at this, put your hand down and then draw round it.' She giggled and ended up drawing all of our hands.

'Lookie, Gray, look what I done' savvy grabbed his arm and shaked his forearm.

He smiled. ' We can put them both on the fridge to brighten up our apartment.' Grayson said as he wrapped his big arms round her and hugged her from the side as he accepted it and snuggled in.

Grayson POV.

We went to do some shopping.

There was a photo booth in the shoe shop that savvy was happy to play in and out of.

Suits me, shoe shopping is boring when it's not for you.

*seriously though, nothing worse than dragging around a shop when your not buying anything.*

We both picked up a few things and headed to the till and paid.

Must of been a solid 4 minutes.

All of a sudden savannah ran up to
my leg and was extremely clingy.

'Come on, you gotta let me walk' i spoke dragging her across the floor as she kept her grip on my legs. Her legs cleaning the shop floor with her trousers.

Ethan grabbed her from the floor and she gripped onto his neck tightly.

'What's up?' Ethan asked confused.

' Mmhmmm' she grizzled.

He tried to put her down and she wouldn't let go of his neck so ended up carrying her.
