'I cant fly?'

Ethan POV

We were lucky enough to get a night time flight so Savannah can hopefully sleep the entire flight.

She came down after her bath and rubbed her eyes. I grabbed her and placed her on my lap facing me.

''You can't go to sleep yet, missy'' I told her.

She grizzled and whined, barely holding her head up.

''Shall we go get some toys for our trip?'' I carried her on my hip and went upstairs and placed her by her toy box in her room.

She started picking out small toys, whilst I put them in her little backpack bag for the plane. Along with snacks and a sippy cup.

''Lets go get your shoes and coat on'' Grayson called from the doorway.

She slowly got up and let Grayson put on her shoes knowing how tired she was.

The taxi took us to the airport where we checked in. Up the stairs was security.

We thought we were prepared, but then we realised that they had a new system where kids under 10 go in a separate lane to speed it up.
Neither of us were 18 yet so we couldn't go with Savannah, which meant savvy being left with security officers. Add the fact she's tired and whiny as it is.

This wasn't going to go well.

'' How old is she?'' The officer said.

''3'' Grayson replied.

'' and you two?'' He continued.

''16'' I replied.

'' You two stay in this line and I'll take your little one and her stuff to be scanned in this line.'' He spoke.

He seemed nice enough.

I gave him Savannahs rucksack.

He took savannahs arm as it detached from mine and then he adjusted his hand so he was holding her hand in his.

Savannah looked worried but she continued to go, looking back at me and gray for reassurance .

Savannahs POV

I was tired and I was still upset about the whole situation with that lady. I didn't want to go live with her.

We were living our house never the less to go on a plane. I have never been on a plane.

We walked up the stairs and then their was loads of people in lines. The officer said something to my brothers and now the man was taking me by the hand in the opposite direction.

They didn't seem to fight for me, they just let me go.

The man sat me down on a chair and started to take off my shoes. My backpack was looked in and left open.

''What's your name?'' He asked me.

''Savannah'' I mumbled .

''What a beautiful name Savannah'' he replied, I gave him a small smile.

''Right your going to need to walk through the special time machine to see if you can fly today'' he explained.
