Chapter Nine (Sneak Peek Type Thing)

Sorry it's so late. But I will be posting more.

Nico's POV

         "So..." Will scooted across the counter, closer to me. I raised an eyebrow at him.
         "Sew buttons."
          He blinked. I grinned.
          "Yes?" I asked
          "So, you had a thing with Jason?"
          I stared at him. He seemed nervous and scared and very uncomfortable. I rolled my eyes. "Is that really your opening line?"
          He smiled. "Um...... I suppose so. I had a good one but as soon as I opened my mouth it was gone." He looked embarrassed. 
          I nodded. "That's usually how it works. You want some ice tea or something?" I jumped off the island and walked over to the fridge, pulling out a pitcher of tea that Hazel had made.
         "Yeah thanks. Is it sweetened?" Will asked.
         "No." I made a face. " Hazel likes it bitter and gross. I always add sugar to mine though. Do you want any in yours?"
         Will shook his head. "Nah. I also happen to like mine bitter and gross." He grinned widely at me as I blushed. I need to remember to watch what I say when talking about opinions.
         I took the cups over to Will who was still perched on the island. I hopped up next to him and took a sip. "Ah crap. It's too sweet. Dam it." Will laughed as I scrunched up my face.
        "Too sweet for you?" He asked.
        "I never thought I would say this but yes." I answered, taking a tentative second sip. "Definitely too sweet."
        Will smiled at me and seemed to be deciding something. "Here. Let me taste it."
        "It's all yours dude." I offered, holding the cup out to him. But he didn't take the cup.
         He kissed me instead.

Okay okay. Please don't kill me. I know it's super short but I wanted to leave it there. I'll be posting more later. I just wanted to give you this bit.
