"I've stolen nothing from you." Elora frowned. "And I don't know what you're talking about."

"That's funny coming from you. Wait a minute...Elora? That's not your-" Vana's eyes widen a little before she laughed. "Don't tell me you've lost your memory! This just keeps getting better!" Elora glared at her and fired at spell at Vana, who blocked it with her staff. Elora looked back to Cedric and Sofia.

"Get what you can then we'll make a run for it!" She shouted at them.

"Elora!" Sofia cried out. Cedric quickly pulled her out of the way from a stray spell when it was fired by Vana. The two elves started to fight casting spells at each other. Cedric and Sofia quickly rushed over to the campsite picking up what they could. Cedric grabbed his bag that was filled with potions some of his books and his journal. Sofia managed to gather some food from the carriage before it burned up and the bag of coins.

"Let's get Elora and go!" Sofia called out to Cedric. A loud grunt was heard and the two quickly turned around to see Elora slam into a tree, knocked back by one of Vana's spells. Elora groaned as she struggled to stand up using her staff to pull herself up.

"I'm going to enjoy being an only child!" Vana shouted.

"Mr. Cedric! We need to help her!" Sofia shouted. Just as Vana was about to fire Cedric quickly pulled out his wand.

"Repello!" The spell shot out, hitting Vana right in the chest, knocking her away.

"Come on! Let's go!" Cedric shouted, helping Elora up. Koa cawed as he flew down landing on Elora's shoulder. Sofia quickly scooped up Clover and everyone ran. Vana got up and summoned some lava monsters and they rose out from the ground.

"After them!" She ordered the creatures, and they went after the group. Sofia, Elora and Cedric continued to run until Elora tripped on an uprooted tree. Cedric quickly ran back to her and so did Sofia, helping Elora up. All three of them were out of breath, trying to catch their breaths.

"Are you alright?" Sofia asked.

"Yeah, yeah, I just need to rest a minute." Elora gasped. "Well, that was a wonderful family reunion."

"Do you know her?" Cedric asked her, sitting down.

"You could say that." Elora nodded.

"You called her Vana? Did you remember something?" Sofia asked.

"It was a dream or memory or something like that. I don't really recall much of it. But I do recognize her. She is my sister. Well, half-sister. That I do know." Elora told them.

"She certainly did seem so happy to see you." Cedric replied.

"And why did she say you stole her birthright?" Sofia wondered as well.

"I don't know!" Elora shouted, frustrated.

"Find them!" All three of them jumped startled, hearing Vana's voice and all three stood up, seeing the lave monsters not too far away.

"What are we going to do?" Sofia said, worried. Then Elora noticed something strange inside of her cloak and pulled a bit to see it shimmering the sunlight. Her eyes widened and she quickly pulled Sofia and Cedric closer, covering themselves with the cloak. Cedric made a little noise, seeing he was pressed closely against Elora. He felt his heart beating a little faster.

"What are you-" Cedric protested. Elora quickly shushed him and the three stayed quiet, silently hoping the monsters wouldn't find them. The lave monsters came closer searching around the area, but didn't notice them, walking right past the group. Elora felt her heart beating faster when she saw Vana as she strode past them, following the monsters, until they were out of sight. Elora sighed in relief and pulled off her cloak and Cedric and Sofia sat up.

"I think they're gone. I can't believe they didn't see us." Sofia said relieved.

"I think my cloak saved us." Elora told them.

"That's an invisibility cloak. They're the rarest items to come across." Cedric spoke.

"I guess I'm just lucky then." Elora replied. "Without it we'd probably be dead or captured." Sofia silently thought to herself as the two talked, wondering about Elora. Vana claimed that Elora stole her birthright, and she has a magical cloak that's hard to come by...

Could Elora be a royal?

"We have no way to get to Alereus now and most of our supplies are gone as well!" Cedric said, dramatically.

"Not true. Koa can still show us the way. Besides, I think a flying coach was a big target on us. It's probably better to stay on the ground." Elora told him.

"And Mr. Cedric, you can conjure up anything we need." Sofia reminded him, smiling.

"But-But-" Cedric sputtered.

"What is it now?" Elora asked him.

"We'll have to walk the entire way." Cedric said.

"Maybe there's an inn we can stop by along the way." Elora told him and she wrapped her arm around Cedric's pulling him closer to her. "So, shall we get going?"

"Yes." Cedric squeaked before he cleared his throat. "Yes, let's go!"
