Monkey Business

Princeton P.O.V

"Could you please tell me what it is already?" I asked getting excited as she covered my eyes. "I'm about to show you...know!" she said excited as she moved her heands from my eyes to reveal a animal. A monkey! Wait..a monkey?

"Um what's this?" I laughed. "A monkey! Didn't you say you wanted one?" she asked looking at me confused. "Babe, I was playing" I sighed. "Oh man. Well come on you could at least keep it for a few days. You can't just buy a monkey then give it back in 20 minutes you know" she replied disapointed.

For some reason I felt bad for making my joke seem like I was telling the truth. "Oh I didn't know you would really go out and buy me a monkey. But it's all good though" I smiled. She looked at me confused and questioned me. 'Why?"

"Because 1, I know that you would do anything for me and 2 the monkey is cute so I'll keep it for a while" I laughed. She smiled at me then hit my arm. Suddenly we heard a phone ring and she pulled her phone out of the purse and began talking to the person on the other line.

"Prince. I've got to go. Why don't you play with the monkey!" she laughed as she climbed back into her car. I laughed at her then opened the cage and the monkey wrapped it's arms around me and I picked it up. I noticed my neighboor looking at me weird and went back into the house. 'I'm going to go into the house now" I laughed. I waved bye to Y/N and went into the house with the monkey in my arms still.

I sat him on the couch and walked to the kitchen to feed something to the monkey. I grabbed a banana and walked back into the living room only to have a pillow fly past my face. "What the? Did the monkey just?" I started to say but another pillow went flying past me.

I walked into the living room and saw the monkey standing on the couch with a remote in it's hand. My eyes widen.  Is this monkey out for me? I looke at it confused and it made a weird noise. He threw the remote and it went flying past me. I'm in the house with a crazy monkey. How could my life get any worse?
