(I've made Over Again the song for this story)

Niall looked at Harry, a smile present on his face, but nervousness making its way up his chest and his nails being constantly chewed on by his teeth.

Harry looked flustered from the heat and had sweat glistening on his face, his head tilted upwards for a few seconds, his teeth grazing his bottom lip, and then biting it.

The blonde, in the bleachers, pursed his lips, frowning as Harry finally walked forward, bringing his leg up behind him, readying for the almighty kick.

Slowly but surely, Niall saw him take a deep breath as he closed his eyes and his leg flew forward, and it made Niall almost flu off his seat to get nearer to the rail.

The older one's eyes widened as he looked at the ball fly through the field. He saw the goalkeeper fall down and get the impact of hitting the grass, some of it flying everywhere.

Harry made the shot.

Almost the whole stadium got up on their feet and cheering wildly for Harry and as for Niall, he didn't realise he was running across the field, meeting Harry halfway and letting Harry completely take him into one of the most comforting and loving embrace he'd given him before. Niall had never felt such proudness and love for Harry.

~~~~~
That was Niall's most favourite memory of Harry, and him, when they were together. Of course, now it was all just in the past and he was just wishing he could be with Harry again.
Rubbing his teary eyes, he got up from the library and shelving back the book he hadn't even read one page of. The librarian gave him a nod as he walked out to get back home.
Of course, now he had moved on from that past life, in which they were both just some college soccer players with a cliche romance. He was already twenty-one and trying to make a living. But right now, he wasn't going further than halfway through my self-help book, which he honestly doubted would even finish before he gave up.
Niall was just following one of his dreams of being a writer and still making enough money from his first book Loving a Man for a living. Of course, if he didn't finish another book soon enough, his pay was going to stop and he would soon be living on the streets. Niall had already come to this realisation and thought about how he was going to finish a whole book in a matter of time.
But as soon as he got home, he immediately got to work. It wasn't easy coming up with new material but he managed to finish another very depressing chapter in the book, which took about two hours, including when he aimlessly opened the fridge just to find nothing in it and going back. The process had repeated itself five or six times until he finally got to his senses and realised food wasn't magically show up in his fridge. So, he quickly put the finishing touches in his book and went out for a quick grocery spree.
But nothing could've prepare him for who he was going to face.
-----
He was at one of the sections, picking out tomatoes which didn't have those weird textures or a hole because he was always paranoid about his vegetables. He could almost hear Harry's laugh as he put another tomato back into the cart. Harry used to make fun of his fetish and often put a defected tomato into the bag secretly to make Niall angry. Another reason to be able to kiss him.
Niall usually ignored these thoughts but this time, it was as if Harry's laugh was actually there.
It took him a moment until he realised that it  was real and immediately all the blood drained from his face as he kept on listening closely.
