Chapter Six

CJ's P.O.V.

I was in pub with Duncan talking with him. I saw a girl with Layla. Layla was dragging her toward us. I waved at them but my eyes are on that girl. I feel something for her. It was like love at first sight for me. I want her to be mine. I cant take off my eyes from her. She was beautiful. She looks so innocent little scared from this place. She wore simple dark blue skin tight jeans and white blouse. Her hair were somewhere curl and somewhere straight.

There is small dressing on her head. They were coming to us.

Me:" who is she Duncan and what happen to her?"

Duncan: "She is Nicole and Someone abuse her on her way to office near her place."

Me:"where is she live?"

Duncan:"Don't ask. You don't like the name of the place. I ask her to find something else but as far as i know her... she is stubborn she is not going to move from there."

I was about to ask the name but they reached us. Layla huged me and asked "How are you? Its so good to see you after such a long time. Glad that you are here now. Duncan will have some company now"

We all laugh but she was just looking at us like she didn't hear anything.

Duncan: "Nicole, This is my friend Collin James Alexander. He is well known architect and my best friend since childhood. and CJ this Nicole.. My Designer and also mine and Layla's good friend since collage."

Duncan introduce us.

Nicole : "Hello. Mr.Alexander. it was nice to meet you."

Me : "Just call me CJ. I prefer it. And it was nice to meet you. And are you okay?"

i point my finger to her head.

Nicole :"yeah.. m fine. Just small accident."

We took our table and give our order. I was surprised that she wasn't drinking and Layla order fresh juice for her.

We were talking but my mind was on her. I looked at her she is not feeling comfortable. She was somewhere in her thought. Layla called her name 2-3 times but she didn't get it. She was lost somewhere.

Me:" are you okay. We are calling you but you were somewhere else. Somewhere in your thought"

Nicoel: " i am sorry."

She just look at Layla and they both stand up.

Layla:" rest room. Back in few minutes."

I saw them going. Then i turned to Duncan

Me: "What is wrong with her. She is not comfortable here. And tell me where is live?"

Duncan: "Something happend with her in pub in past so she doesn't like to come in pub. And she is living end of the old town part."

Me: "what old town part? Its not good area to live there. Specially for her."

Duncan: "i know that. I told her but she is not getting it. Today morning some guy drag her and tried to kiss her and throw her to wall. That's how she get that bandage on her head. I told her that find something fast otherwise i drag you personally from your place if something happen again."

Me:" Duncan "

Duncan: "hmmmmm"

Me: "I think i am falling in love with her. She is so innocent. I want her to be mine for rest of my life"
