The group arrived at kid's mansion kid opened the door holding it so everyone can enter as they entered kid went in closing the door behind him Liz went to her room and patty went to the kitchen " so shall we get to work kid? " maka said looking at him " yes I don't want soul to think that you went missing or think that you are here " kid said taking out his test " oh don't worry kid I'm sure Blair would make him forget about me " maka said giggling she looked at kid whom seemed to be confused " okay? anyways where do you feel comfortable working maka? " kid said
" anywhere kid as long as we have a table that is " maka said " well I guess the kitchen it is " kid said he walked to the kitchen with maka following him he almost lost his mind when he saw the mess that patty made in the kitchen " ahh!! what do you think your doing patty!! " kid said pointing at her patty looked up at kid " oh hey kid haha I got hungry and decided to grab a snack but...it didn't go as expected haha" patty said giggling " grab a snack? more like grab a kitchen with this mess when I come back I expect this to be clean... and symmetrical " kid said leaving the kitchen with maka behind him " sorry maka I don't want you to get dirty from the mess in there that patty made " kid said " it's okay kid we can work in your room if it's alright " maka said " yes I suppose it'll have to do " kid said walking to his room and entering in it with maka behind him maka closed the door behind her " hmm this reminds me of the time when maka first kissed me but maybe this time I can be the one to kiss her " kid thought to himself bringing out his test from his pocket maka looked over it " Alright kid first question what's the difference between a witch's soul and a meisters soul? " maka said reading the questions to him giving him his test back kid moved some books off from his desk and sat on his chair " okay show me what you have when you finish the first question " maka said sitting on kid's bed kid sat there for a while maka didn't notice what he was trying to do " Damn it why is it always the K that isn't symmetrical " kid thought to himself as he wiped his tears away with his left arm maka looked at him " what's taking so long? it can't be hard to answer one question " maka thought to herself " Damn it, it's no use..." kid thought to himself continuing to write the K in his name down " I knew it I'm an asymmetrical scum how can I take my father's place... if I can't even make the k symmetrical " kid said wiping his tears away again maka stood up from kid's bed she silently walked over to kid and looked down on his test with out him knowing her presence " kid...you can't be serious..." maka thought to herself a bit annoyed that she had to wait for a long time and to see kid was still writing his name " Damn it I can't do it Stein is going to fail me " kid thought to himself wiping his tears with his arm " kid is seriously crying over this? " maka thought to herself she poked kid on his shoulder kid jumped up in surprise he looked at maka and then went on his knees punching the floor " I'm scum I'm an asymmetrical garbage maka please tell liz or patty to throw me out when the garbage man comes next week " kid said continuing to punch the floor " kid stand up please " maka said giving her hand out kid still remained on the floor " no maka...how can someone like me be able to stand... if I can't even make a single letter symmetrical " kid said punching the floor maka grabbed kid from his collar and lifted him back up " maka please put me down I don't deserve to stand again... " kid said looking down on the floor " kid... " maka said kid looked up at her " sorry about this kid " maka thought to herself she raised her hand in the air and slapped kid across his face sending him flying on the ground and leaving him a hand print on his face
" Did you hear something patty? Or did you drop something? " liz said grabbing a cup of water " nope I didn't drop anything but I did hear something...I think it came from kid's room haha " patty said laughing liz took a sip from her cup " do you think something happened to kid or maka or maybe both of them?" Patty said curiously it was silent for a while liz thought a moment then gave off a disgusted face " eww do you think they are-" patty was cut off " do not finish the sentence I do not want that in my mind!!" Liz said walking out the kitchen while patty laughed at her sister
" maka...but why..." kid said putting his hand on his cheek where maka slapped him he was shocked that maka slapped him he looked up at maka she walked closer to him it looked like she was going to give him another slap of his life she grabbed kid by his collar again " maka please! Don't I'm sorry maka!" kid said closing his eye's preparing to be slapped but instead of a slap he felt something on his lips He opened his eye's seeing maka's lips on his with her eye's closed maka pulled away " kid...don't call yourself garbage or any of those words that you would call yourself...please! " maka said blushing kid blushed on what maka did to him maka pulled kid in giving him a slow long lasting kiss kid felt maka's heart pounding on his chest
