"I still don't understand?"

8A had all assembled in a large, cool room in the abandoned motel thing. Standing together at the end of the tight circle were the guilty Stefan and Rachel, staring at their feet. Everyone was very confused; some more that others and some just typically excited, like Claire. Rachel spongebob shirt hung loosely around her torso, her fingers gripping the fabric. Stefan had a smirk on his face.

Molly was probably the most confused at the moment. "Wait. I don't understand. Why was Rachel on her knees? Was she, like, proposing or praying or something?"

"She was doing the opposite of praying," Lucette muttered who standing adjacent to Rachel, earning a heavy a slap from her and a giggle from the rest.

"We weren't doing anything. I don't even like Stefan," Rachel shouted.

Stefan looked up at her with a hurt face pasted on his face, while the rest of the group just shook their heads unbelievingly.

"Oh, yeah. If you say so."

"Bull-crap."

Molly whined. "I still don't understand! Someone tell me what's going on."

Georgia whispered in her ear quickly then pulled away to see Molly's reaction.

"What's that?"

Georgia laughed loudly and then continued to tell whisper.

"Oh my God, ew," Molly gasped when she got the picture, laughing and cringing at the same time. "Why would you do tha, Rachel, oh my God!"

The whole class burst out in a fit of laughter at Molly's innocence.
Rachel quickly drops her head, pulling out her retainers that Patrick had taken from Lucette and given back to her. She slid them into her mouth discretely, a small smile playing on her lips at Molly's discovery. It immediately fell away after a second or two, and she looked back down to the ground.

Zac, noticing the way Rachel was reacting to the situation, placed a hand on her shoulder and said to both Rachel and Stefan, "it's okay, guys. We except your relationship, and if you are going to continue with these shenanigans, we will not tease you guys," he said to the whole group, "about your thing."

The class kind of looked around, not sure if they will be able to keep that promise. Athan let out a very loud 'come on' along with a high flying leap in the air.

"Sometimes," Zac added thoughtfully, which made Rachel glare at him. "What it's kind of funny."

"Oh my God!" Rachel exclaimed, throwing her hands up in the air.

Ngoc Han looked around, her eyes scanning all the students around the room. It was pretty late now and their was full moon floating in the sky, not a single cloud in sight. The light from the moon reflected in through the foggy windows of the motel. It was funny how it kind of singled out the lovey pair, the glare shining straight down on them like an accidental spotlight on those stage musicals.

"Uh, guys?" She began quietly, interrupting the current hot topic of the secret relationship of Refan (or Reffie as commonly nick named by Sienna). "Is this where we are sleeping? Like, where are we?"

They all realized that they had completely abandoned the original, and very important, task of searching for a hospitable place to camp out.

"Is this illegal?" Dimi asked with a hint of excitement in his Russian/Asian voice. Thomas snorted.

"Probably," Phillippa answered, leaning to her left so she could peek around Johanna's nose into a eerily dark hallway.

Finn nodded his head. "Seems legit."

"Well guys, we don't really have anywhere else to go," Eduardo said, dropping his overloaded backpack next to his feet and his suitcase.

"God, we sound like a bunch of hobos," William remarked, his eyes wondering across the uninviting floor boards that was really their only sleeping option at the moment.

"Might as well," Natalie finalized, also letting her bag fall to the floor, closely followed by Stephen.

He pulled out a ironically large sleeping bag out of his small suitcase and then a poofy pillow, laying them out on the cool, drafty floor. After that, he collected a massive torch and a handful of clothing, gathering them up at the end of his sleeping arrangements which he also carefully smoothed out all the unwanted wrinkles. Only when he ha completed all this did he notice that the whole class had gone silent and were closely watching him set up in the centre of the room.

"Thank you for selflessly designating your spot in the very middle of the common room, Mary Poppins," Angus sarcastically joked, referring to all the belongings Stephen had been able to cramp in his tiny suit case.

Slowly, slowly, one by one, each and every person arranged their area to comfortably suit themselves. Together they had all voted that one half of the room was to the females and the other for the boys so just in case the awkward scenario of sleep walking occurred during their first night in Rio. There was, of course, a small exception for Refan if they were willing for the whole of the class were trying to respect their 'thing', whatever you prefer to call it, even though Rachel consistently denied it any time someone brought up the subject.

It was almost midnight when everyone had finally changed into their necessary clothing and had snuggled into their temporary beds.

It had took an extremely long time because, to change properly without any perving, both the girls and the boys had to locate a good-sized change room. This meant exploring a spooky and empty motel that was full of nothing.

Rachel, to many of her classmates' dissapointments, had chosen to slumber in between Sienna and Anne.

She said her good nights to Anne, who wanted to have an early night after the long, tiresome day, and then crawled into her doona. She slid out her retainers, wiped them with some travel wet wipes and placed them neatly into their compartment. Then she turned to Sienna who was swiping at her phone, snap chatting Georgia and Claire who were are few girls down to her left. Seeing Rachel focus on her, she twisted her head and looked at her with a massive grin.

Rachel was confused by Sienna's creepy smile.

"What?"

"So," Sienna sneakily said, wiggling her eyebrows at Rachel. "Is it it easier without braces?"
