On the bus I kept thinking why did this have to happen to me! I was doing just fine here in Minnesota! I was so angry and sad at the same time. I'd have to leave my best friend Megan. I don't want to tell her the news, but I know I have to tell her at some point.
As I see her walk on to the bus I know she's going to sit by me. As she sits down she asks, "What's wrong Jane?" "I don't really want to talk about it right now because I don't have all of the details." I reply. "Oh okay, well what ever it is, I just want to let you know that I'm here for you. Ok?!" Megan reminds me. "Thanks Megan I know that I can always count on you." I reply back. We give each other a hug and I feel a ton better!

As we arrive at our Middle school I say bye to Megan because (Shocker!) our lockers are on the opposite side of the school. But we have 3rd, and 6th period together at least. As I walk to my locker I see my crush Chance. He is looking so hot today. I'm going to miss seeing him everyday. I just walk past him as usual but this time he stops me. "Hey aren't you in my French class?" He asks. "Yes." I reply. "Oh well um, what was the assignment again?" He asks. "It was to read pages 38 and 39 and study the French words." I say. "Oh okay thanks." he says as he shuts his locker and walks off. I think in my head I look so stupid there. As I get to my locker and put in the combination it doesn't open, so I try it again. As I try for the 5th time it finally opens and the bell rings! "Ugh! Could this day get any worse!" I say under my breath!
As I quickly get my stuff and run to class the tardy bell rings just as I enter the room. "That was a close one Jane. Don't let it happen again" says my teacher Mrs.Green. "I won't Mrs.Green." I reply back. I go and take my seat and suddenly my phone starts to ring very loud. I quickly shut it off and I turn around to see the whole entire class staring at me. I was so embarrassing!
Why, why? I think as I try not to embarrass myself anymore. I don't know what's gotten into me today! I've never forgotten to turn my phone until today. I guess I'm really letting this whole "moving thing" get to me. Ding, ding, ding. I quickly leave the classroom after I hear the bell.
As I finally arrive at my locker it opens the first time and I get ready for the rest of my crappy day.
