There's a Youtuber I used to watch called EK and he would play rhythm games with one hand. Dude is way better than me at rhythm games with one hand than I am with two. I've tried to play one handed myself, but of course I pale in comparison. Still, I can AP some of the lowest rated IN charts in Phigros. This is about the hardest chart I can AP one handed:
This is one of my favorite songs in the whole game. I hope it gets an AT chart because I'm sure there's more the charters could do with it.
