It's called Cytoid and it's a lot like Cytus in the sense that there's a bouncing line and you hit the notes when the line comes near them. Similar to Cytus, it also has tap, drag, hold, and flick notes. However, the unique thing about Cytoid is the community made levels. I think players can make levels that get included in the Community section.
The biggest issue I have with the game is the timing issues. For the longest time I thought it was just my offset being wrong, because I kept getting a bunch of early and late notes. Turns out the game is very strict with the timing. I've never gotten a perfect score on any of the levels I've tried.
