Camila
The sound of baby cries and my name rang in my head. I didn't know why, but I felt dizzy and weak. I looked to my side, and a blurry Nash was holding my hand, calling my name. I smiled at him, before I closed my eyes, and every thing went dark.
Nash's POV
"She knocked out!" I yelled to the nurse. "Is she dead?!"
"Sir. You need to calm down." The nurse sighed. "She is just resting. It happens when you just give birth."
I nod, looking at Camila who's "sleeping".
"Is the baby healthy?" I asked her.
"Yes. Very. We just need to keep her here for 6 to 7 weeks." She smiled.
"Camila, too?" I asked. She nodded, before walking away.
"Did we miss it?" The girls walked in.
"Where were you girls?" I asked them.
"I went to look for them in the parking lot but then they weren't there." Lauren rolled her eyes.
"She's sleeping?" Ally asked, pointing to Camila. I nod as she walked over to her. She placed her hand on top of hers, and used her other hand to move her hair away from her face, causing Camila to wake up.
"Hey baby girl." Ally smiled.
"Hi." Camila gave her a small smile. "Where's Mariana?"
"They took her to a room." I told her.
She nodded, moving around.
"I'm so tired." She sighed.
She looked at me, and didn't say anything.
"What are you doing here?" She asked.
"I- I wanted to see you, and Mariana." I told her. She nodded, looking away from me.
"Why?" She asked, looking back at me. "It's only been like a couple days since you saw me."
"Camila. I want you and Mariana in my life. I was wrong to just kick you out like that. I'm sorry." I sighed. "Please forgive me."
She sighed, looking away from me once again.
"I can't." She shook her head in disbelief.
"W- why?" I asked.
"I- I can't keep risking you getting tired of us and then leaving. I just can't." She sighed. " I forgive you, but I can't have a relationship with you right now, Nash. You just have to understand."
I shook my head, her not even glancing at me.
"We have been together for what? Almost a year? I love you, but not enough to stay with you and risk some things." She finally faced me, her brown chocolate eyes making me want to kiss her. "Please leave. And please don't contact me."
And that's what made me want to kill myself. I can't even call her.
"Thank you for coming, but leave."
"So, everything between us. It's over." I looked down to my feet.
"Sadly..." Camila closed her eyes. "Yes."
"Then..." I looked into her eyes. "Goodbye Camila."
She stayed quiet for awhile, before speaking.
"Goodbye."
I waved goodbye to the girls, before walking out her room and the hospital.
- almost 2 months later
Camila
"She's so cute." Ally said, holding Mariana in her arms.
"Very." I agreed with her.
"Do you honestly like the nursery?" Lauren asked.
"Yes, I really do." I chuckled. "I love it."
"And you girls didn't have to buy all the furniture."
"To bad. We did." Normani shrugged.
"Have you spoken to Nash?" Dinah asked.
"No." I shook my head. "I don't plan on speaking to him."
"Mila..." Ally sighed.
"Stop. Don't make me feel guilty." I rolled my eyes.
"I'm not trying to. It's just, he loved you, so very much." Ally kissed Mariana's cheek.
"Stop Ally." I rose my voice, causing Mariana to cry. I grabbed her from Ally's arms, and cradled her back in forth in my arms.
"I'm pretty tired. Do you guys mind coming back later?" I told them. They shook their heads, before walking out of the nursery room.
"I'm sorry." Ally said before leaving.
I heard the door close, while I laid Mariana in her crib, her peacefully sleeping now.
"We don't need him." I whispered, thinking Mariana can answer back.
I felt my phone vibrate multiple times in my back pocket, so I grabbed it and saw an unknown number was calling me.
I pressed answer then put the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I said, walking out of the room.
"Camila?" A familiar voice sounded.
"Yes, this is she. Who is this?" I asked.
"This is Nash." My eyes widened, I stayed silent.
"Camila?" He called my name.
"Why are you calling?" I asked.
"I'm asking for your forgiveness, and to take me back." He said. I thought about what Ally said, but I don't want to get back with him.
"I told you. I forgive you." I sighed. "But I'm not taking you back."
"I made a fucked up mistake, Camila. I know that now - I've been knowing that since I made the damn mistake." I can feel how mad he is, just by his voice.
"It's not about that Nash. It's just, I lost trust. And I just need to focus on Mariana right now, not a relationship with you." I told him. "Goodbye Nash."
"Camila. W-" I hung up the phone and put it back in my back pocket. I walked over to the nursery and Mariana was still sound asleep. I decided to txt Nash.
Me: I'd rather be friends. Good friends. I don't want a relationship. I really don't. I'm sorry Nash.
Within seconds, he answered back.
Nash: I understand...
I sighed, locking my phone. Mariana slowly opened her eyes and gave me a small grin. I smiled back, gently tickling her stomach.
I understand.

Next chapter is the end. I decided that I will not be doing a sequel, I'm sorry. And I'm sorry that if this book doesn't have a good ending or it just plain sucks. Love you guys 💕
