Morning sunlight filtered gently through the curtains, casting a golden haze across the bedroom. Hyejin stirred first, blinking lazily at the warmth on her face, Minho's arm heavy around her waist. She yawned quietly, stretching slightly before relaxing again into the curve of his chest.
Minho, still half-asleep, let out a low hum. "Stop moving," he mumbled against her shoulder, voice hoarse and soft. "You're messing with my dream."
She smiled, eyes still closed. "What were you dreaming about?"
"You," he whispered, pressing his lips to her shoulder. "In this shirt. And nothing else."
Her cheeks heated immediately. "That wasn't a dream, Minho. That happened."
"Exactly," he said smugly. "Dreams do come true."
She groaned, swatting at him. "You're so dumb in the morning."
"Dumb? I'm a genius. Look at my taste in women."
That made her laugh, the soft sound melting between them. She twisted around in his arms to face him, brushing his hair back from his forehead.
"You're not so bad yourself," she whispered, nudging his nose with hers.
Just then, Soonie let out a tiny mewl from the foot of the bed. Doongie gave a big stretch, and Dori was tucked like a perfect little loaf between their legs.
"They're behaving for once," Hyejin murmured.
Minho tilted his head, mock-serious. "Suspicious. Too quiet. They're definitely plotting."
She giggled, fingers tracing lazy shapes across his chest. "Maybe they just missed you."
He grinned. "That's fair. I am very missable."
"You're very full of yourself."
"Only 'cause I woke up with the prettiest girl alive in my shirt," he said, tugging gently at the oversized fabric draped over her shoulder. "Seriously, though. This shirt has never looked better."
"Minho—"
He rolled on top of her slowly, keeping his weight gentle as he nuzzled into her neck. "You're warm, you're wearing my clothes, and you made me pudding. I'm in love. Deeply. Irrevocably."
She squirmed under him, laughing. "You're ridiculous."
"You made me domestic," he teased. "I want to buy matching aprons. I want to grocery shop and hold your hand in the cereal aisle."
"Not the cereal aisle," she wheezed.
"And then," he added, voice dropping just slightly, lips brushing her ear, "we come home, and I make you mine all over again."
She blushed furiously, smacking his shoulder. "Minho!"
He grinned, pure sunshine and sin. "What? I'm just saying I'd cook you for dessert."
"Okay, get off, you menace."
"But I love it here."
She pushed at him playfully, and he finally rolled to the side with a groan, pulling her with him so she landed on his chest.
"You're trouble," she muttered.
"You love it."
"I really do."
They lay there like that for a while, kittens curled nearby, hearts beating slow and soft. The kind of morning that doesn't need anything else—just warmth, love, and the kind of teasing that tastes like forever.

Minho didn't mean to start the chaos. He really didn't.
All he did was shuffle into the kitchen first, hair still damp from a quick shower, humming under his breath as he scrolled through his playlist. Hyejin was still in the bedroom petting the cats. He found the song, smirked, and cranked up the volume.
The beat dropped.
It was loud. It was fast. And it was their song.
From the bedroom, Hyejin's voice echoed, "OH WE'RE STARTING NOW??"
She appeared seconds later in his oversized hoodie and socks, eyes wide and grin wicked. "You're dead," she declared, then immediately launched into a dramatic rendition of the chorus, sliding into the kitchen like a K-pop idol at a stadium concert.
Minho barked a laugh, catching her mid-spin and twirling her dramatically. "No regrets," he whispered, dipping her low. "Only vibes."
Hyejin snorted, elbowed him, then grabbed a pan and started beating the eggs to the beat—literally. Minho grabbed a spatula like it was a microphone and joined in.
It was chaos.
Spoons clattered, eggs sizzled, and they both screamed lyrics at each other while dancing like lunatics. Hyejin wiggled her hips while flipping pancakes. Minho moonwalked with a carton of milk. Dori attempted to jump on the counter, and Soonie meowed like he was judging them. Doongie somehow found flour and left pawprints on the floor.
"Your children are criminals," Minho called over the music.
"You raised them," Hyejin shouted back.
"YOU NAMED THEM!"
They kept dancing, spinning, bumping hips, laughing so hard they nearly dropped the toast.
Halfway through the song, Minho spun her in close again, kissed her cheek, then her nose, then her lips. "God, I love mornings like this."
"You mean mornings where we nearly set the house on fire?" she teased.
"Mornings where I get to dance with you," he said, smoothing her hair back with one hand while the other stirred the scrambled eggs like a pro. "Though yes, possibly also arson."
She rolled her eyes, but her smile was soft. Glowing. Full of joy and pudding and music and love.
They didn't stop dancing until breakfast was fully cooked. Pancakes stacked, eggs fluffed, toast golden. They sat down—still slightly out of breath—still grinning like fools, as the music kept playing in the background.
Just Minho, Hyejin, three chaotic cats, and a kitchen that smelled like home.
