Chapter 13

THIRD POV:

Before they knew it, they were already walking towards a window. Mikey carefully looked through it and caught a glimpse of a massive fro. He ducked down again and nodded at Gerard and made a 'hes in there' gesture.

"Okay so what do we do now?" Gerard whispered towards his younger sibling.

"We have to find a way to sneak in without getting caught. By the looks of it, Ray has already made himself believe that Monique is his sister. Hes treating her like a fragile china doll," he responded. He looked back through the window with a face full with compassion.

Now it was time to think how they were going to get inside. Gerard was thinking about going through the front door, but that would be stupid and risky.

"We could try and open a window, preferably this one," Mikey suggested.

"But Ray is in there!"Gerard shouted slightly, before Mikey smacked a hand over his brothers mouth.

"Yes I know, dumb ass. That's why we wait until he leaves the room," Mikey hissed. He still had his hand over Gee's mouth, so he licked it. It was salty like a summer day. Mikey jerked his hand away and sent a death glare.

"There! He left the room! I'm going to try and open it," Gerard said and attempted to open the window. Of course it was closed. Ray wouldn't leave them open for nothing in the world. Gerard slumped to the ground because of the failure, but he heard a knocking noise come from the window. His head snapped up and he saw Mikey thumping his knuckles against the glass. A shocked looking Monique made her way to the window and slid it open, so the Way bros could go inside.

"I never thought Id be glad to see both of you!" she said and engulfed them both into a hug.

"Yeah yeah, we need to get out of here," Gerard said and pulled Monique towards the window.

"Ugh, rude," Monique muttered under her breath. Gerard rolled his eyes in response.

"Uh, guys I hear footsteps coming this way!" Mikey shouted. A creepily happy Ray popped up in the doorway of the bedroom. His smile quickly turned into a thin line.

"No. You guys wont take her! You're going to kill her! I want to keep her safe from you psychotic bastards!" Ray yelled and launched himself towards Monique. Mikey caught him before he could reach her and held him back.

"Ray! Please calm down! This isn't your sister! Her name is Monique! Ray snap out of it!" Mikey begged Ray. He seemed to stop thrashing in his hold. He then proceeded to drop to knees and began to let go all the tears he had been holding in since that day.

"Sh sh sh. Its okay," Mikey cooed and knelt down next to him. He signaled Gerard to escape with Monique while he took care of this. Gerard nodded and exited through the front door.

The walked quickly to the car and Gee turned to Monique and said with a stern voice, "Get in."

The way he said that told Monique that he wasn't in the mood to deal with her shit, so she didn't think twice and got in. She closed and turned to watch Gerard walk back to the window. What Gerard saw wasn't what he expected at all. Mikey and Ray had interlocked their lips for what seemed an eternity. This irked Gerard to the max. He pounded on the window and they pulled away scared.

"Let's go Michael," Gerard ordered with a deep voice. Mikey reluctantly got up and walked out of the room to go out through the front door.
