The Wedding, Part 1

It was Alyssa's big day, her wedding. Alyssa had hidden her dress in Camella's room. The morning of her wedding she let Kinsey do her hair and Camella was putting on Alyssa's make up.
"I think you look beautiful," Camella exclaimed.
"Thank you," Alyssa said as she was turned around towards a mirror and she looked like a very sea green clown, Alyssa screamed when she saw her face, "get it off! Get it off!"
The boys heard her scream and then get it off and they decided that Chandler would go in there because he had a sister, so he cover his eyes and said "what's wrong?"
"Camella did my makeup," Alyssa said.
"Here I'll do it after I'm finished with your hair," Kinsey said.
"Bless you," Alyssa said.
"Well I better get back to Patrick, he thinks a blue suit jacket goes with red pants, bless his heart, I'm going to have to take over his wardrobe after you two get married," Chandler said.
"Ok bye," Alyssa said and Chandler shut the door.
"Ok let's continue with your hair," Kinsey said. "Then I'll work on your makeup."

"Don't worry she was just talking about her make up," Chandler said.
"Ok good," Patrick said as he leaned back into the chair.
"Now back to your hair," Chandler said as he combed Patrick's hair slightly to the right. Then he adde gel at front to make a little peak. "Ok now that is done, let's work on your wardrobe, you cannot wear a blue suit jacket with red pant!" Chandler said.
"Who said?" Patrick remarked.
"Me, the guy catering your wedding, the guy who could accidentally, oops, slip a little poison into your food!"
"Good point," Patrick said.
"I'm glad you see it my way," Chandler said as he got out a black suit jacket, white shirt, black pants and a blue tie. He put on the jacket he looked at Patrick, which Chandler had to look up a little because Patrick was 3 inches taller than him. It's sad because Patrick didn't know how to to tie a tie, so Chandler had to tie it, Chandler then added the finishing touches wish was a white flower in Patrick's jacket pocket. When Patrick was ready Chandler and Riley got ready in half the time it took Patrick combined. When they were ready, they got in the car and headed out to the chapel. Chandler started on the food and on the cake which he made by himself.

The girls heard the guys leave, Kinsey was just finishing up Alyssa's hair, Kinsey put a little bit of it in a bun for the vail, and then she got to work at the makeup, Kinsey put on a subtle shade of Aqua green eyeshadow then some mascara and final lipstick, "there you go," Kinsey said.
"I look beautiful, thank you Kinsey," Alyssa said.
"No problem," Kinsey said, "just get in your dress and I'll put on the vail when you're done."
"Ok," Alyssa said.
Then Kinsey and Camella got ready, they put on a aqua green dress and pined a white rose on their dress.
Later on Alyssa was finished, "ok I'm ready," Alyssa said.
"Ok," Kinsey replied to her and she ran over and grabbed the vail and pinned it in Alyssa's bun.
"You look beautiful," Camella said.
"Yeah you really do," Kinsey said.
"Thank you," Alyssa said.
"Now let's get going! I'm drinking," Camella said.
"Ok," Alyssa said and they headed out the door.

When the girl arrived at the church everyone was ready to go, they cued the music and the preacher and Patrick headed down the aisle. Then Camella and Riley. Kinsey and Chandler and then finally Fido as the ring barrier. Then they played Canon in D major and Alyssa walked down the aisle with her dad. The only people there was Alyssa's parents and step dad and her brothers and sisters and Patrick's mom and dad and their trainers, and of course Dave. When Alyssa got there the music stops and the preacher said, "who gives this woman to this man?" "Her mother and I do," Alyssa's dad said. Then the preacher said, "dearly beloved, we are gathered her today to celebrate the very special love between Alyssa King and Patrick Vello, by joining them in marriage. All of us need the desire to love and be loved. And the highest form of love between two people is in a monogamous and committed relationship. Alyssa and Patrick, your marriage is today is the public, legal, and spiritual binding of your souls that have already been united as one in your hearts. Your friends would like to say some things about your union."
"We talked about this together and they decided that would speak, so I decided to read a poem. Uncommon Love:

"Please take each other hands," the preacher said. "Do you Patrick Ivan Vello, cherish Alyssa Rebecca King, as you lawful wedded wife, and tending to her needs through illness and disappointment, as death due you part?"
"I do," Patrick said.
"Will you strive to understand her, giving her comfort when she seeks it from you? Will you try to never to say in anger that you wouldn't say in friendship? And when each night comes, will you go to sleep with thanks for her presence at your side and renewed love for her in your heart?"
"I will," Patrick said.
"Do you, Alyssa Rebecca King, cherish Patrick Ivan Vello as you lawful wedded husband, and tending to his needs through illness and disappointment, as death due you part?"
"I do," Alyssa said.

"Who has the rings?"
"I do," Riley said, and he handed the rings to the preacher.
"Thank you. Patrick as you place the ring on Alyssa's finger, please repeat after me:
I give you this ring to wear
As a symbol of my abiding love,
My eternal faith, and my undying devotion.
It is an outward reminder of our inner unity."
And Patrick repeated him.
"Now, Alyssa as you place this ring on Patrick's finger, please repeat after me:
I give you this ring to wear
As a symbol of my abiding love,
My eternal faith, and my undying devotion.
It is an outward reminder of our inner unity."
And Alyssa did so.
"I pronounce you husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride."
"Ladies and gentlemen, It is now my pleased to present Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Vello." And they walked down the aisle, and everyone else following to the fellowship hall.
