It was August 17th, Suga and I were planning to do our anniversary at the park and have a picnic.

We've been together for three years now, and, we weren't able to hang out together as much due to his work. He was working for two jobs now, because he wanted to buy a house for just the two of us and move out of the crappy apartment we lived in. There were always kids running in the hallways, door slamming, and loud people at night having parties and getting drunk. Also people smoked, and a lot of the people who lived there complained.

Suga and I both decided to live on our own, and we finished college about a year ago. He and I saved up money to get this apartment because we didn't care as long as we settled somewhere and as long as we lived together we were fine with it.

Lately things between us haven't been going so well. We argue a lot lately, and to make that up,  we both decided to have a date on our anniversary as promised.

I got ready, putting on my makeup and did my hair. I sprayed perfume but not too much, and grabbed the picnic basket. I wore shorts with a white t-Shirt, with a jean jacket, the sleeves were halfway and I wore my black converse shoes. I waited for Suga to come pick me up.

I got a text from him to come outside. I exited the apartment and went to the car, sitting in the passenger seat.

"Hey babe, how was work?" I asked.

"Busy as usual." He sighed. "And you?"

"Well, it was surprisingly not that bad today." The window was open, so I peeked my head out the window to get fresh air. I heard Suga let out a chuckle. I turned to him, pouting.

"Waeyo, oppa?" I crossed my arms and flicked his forehead.

"Yah, I'm driving, you pabo." He shook his head and laughed. I laughed with him, and hit his shoulder playfully.

We finally arrived at the park, and went to search for a place to eat at. We walked, and went up a hill. The view was very pretty, and so I took a picture with my phone.

"Why do girls always take pictures like that?" I felt him wrap his arms around me. I hit his arm again.

"Yah, it's a beautiful view okay? It's so that I can remember this day with you. Now that I think about it, we should take a picture together!" I said, winking.

He nodded. "Okay, okay fine. But I brought my camera with me." He grabbed something out from a bag and smiled.

"So you got the delivery." I said quietly. I smiled, looking at him. He blinked.

"Wait, you gave me the camera? I mean, you're the one who sent it?!" His face looked funny. I giggled, nodding.

"Yeah, of course! I wanted to get it for you and I was searching and searching, I finally found one and then, bam!" I used my hands to create a fake explosion, rising my hands up and hugged him.

"Seriously, you didn't have to." He lowered his eyes and head. "I was joking.." He mumbled. I flicked his forehead.

"Oh, whatever! I had to make it up to you because, we've been so busy lately, that, it seems like you forgot about your own free time and happiness. And I wasn't there to help get you some free time, so I wanted to make it up to you." I kissed his cheek.

"Thank you, really." He kissed my cheek, then sat down on the blanket, opening the picnic box.

"Okay, let's take a picture. A selca." He lifted the camera up and I sat down next to him. The two of us smiled, then we took another with our peace signs. After looking at the photo, we both giggled.

"I'm so happy that we could spend time like this." I said, kissing his cheek.

"Me too, I'm glad that we are together like this. I'm sorry for not spending enough time with you, really." He lowered his head again.

"Stop apologizing, I'm just happy and proud of you. Working hard to get us a new place, and trying to spend time with me. I'm sorry I didn't do anything to support you. But, you know that I'll always be here by your side, supporting you." I held his hand.

"I love you, (Y/N)."

I replied back. "I love you too."

"And, uh, I want to tell you something after this. I mean after our date, okay?" He grabbed the sandwiches and the juice boxes, and the snacks out.

"Okay." I nodded, since I didn't think much of what he had just said. I had only paid attention to our date, because I was so happy that I was able to be spending time with him.

After eating our lunch and talking for a while, and picking some flowers and making crowns, we watched the sun go down and we decided to watch the night sky.

"Can you count the stars in the sky?" Suga asked. I shook my head no.

"It's too many stars to count." I replied. He chuckled.

"That's how much my love is for you. It's countless." He winked.

"So cheesy." I rolled my eyes and laughed.

"(Y/N)." He got up. "I'll be back, I'm going to answer this call." His phone was vibrating in his pocket as he took it out. I frowned, watching him walk away into the distance. I guess his phone was more important than I was. No, I shouldn't be so selfish. I waited patiently instead.

After a few minutes passed, which felt like hours, I decided to get up and check on him. I went towards the direction he was walking to, and finally spotted him, hiding behind a tree and heard him talking.

"Babe, I'm working overnight again. I'm sorry, I'll make it up to you." He said. I heard yelling over the phone.

"No, forgive me, please." I heard him say. I covered my mouth.

"I don't love that bitch. I love you." I heard him say. I sobbed quietly, covering my mouth so he couldn't hear me. I shook my head, this couldn't be happening. He called me a bitch?

"I love you, I have to go now. Bye." He ended the call, and I suddenly heard him walking. It was dark so I took the chance to run to our picnic spot again, and I was surprised he didn't see me. I sat back down.

"Hey, did you miss me?" He sat down next to me. I didn't say anything.

"Babe, are you okay?" He was reaching his hand out but I slapped his hand away.

"Don't 'babe' me." I answered coldly. I shook my head. "Get the hell away from me." I got up.

"Why are you being like this?" He yelled. I turned around, slapping his cheek hard.

"BECAUSE YOU'RE CHEATING ON ME, YOU FUCKER!" I yelled and shouted to the top of my lungs, wanting to cry out.

His facial expression softened, and he walked towards me to hug me, but I backed away and shook my head. I ran off.
