"Congratulations Tsunako-sama, You are 3 months pregnant~!!" the doctor exclaimed after examining Tsuna.
Tsuna's eyes widen in surprise, "Really?" she asked just to be sure, seeing the doctor nod, she smiled happily.
"I'm gonna be a mother, Giotto would be very happy" she said smiling to herself as she gently touched her stomach.
"Okay Tsunako-sama, In one week, I'm gonna have to visit you to check on your condition, Is that alright?" the doctor asked.
Tsuna nodded.
The doctor smiled and stood up, "Well, You can now go and tell the good news to your family, Take Care Tsunako-sama" the doctor said as she bowed.
Tsuna nodded again, she waved goodbye to the doctor and left.

Tsunako hummed a tune as she walked back to the Vongola Mansion.
Upon arriving, her eyes widen when she saw the state of it. There was a lot of dead bodies littering the ground, blood was everywhere.
Her body began to shake in fear, fear of loosing her lover and family. She ran to find Giotto and the others only to be caught by an enemy.
"My, my, would you look at that, It's Primo's cute little lover, Tsu-chan~!!" the enemy said.
"Byakuran." Tsuna said, eyes narrowing as she unconsciously covered her stomach.
"Hmmm~?" The enemy now identified as Byakuran noticed Tsuna covering her stomach protectively.
"Ara~? Don't tell me there's something in there, Tsu-chan~" Byakuran said, eyes staring intently at her.
Tsuna's eyes widen as Byakuran smirked, "Well now~ This is interesting" Byakuran stated while walking towards Tsuna.
Tsuna backed away but was futile since there's a wall behind her. She couldn't exactly fight him. Byakuran is a very strong and dangerous enemy, she can only defeat him with Giotto by her side.
Reaching Tsuna, Byakuran touched her forehead with a glowing finger.
"I wonder how will your precious family react when they see you trying to kill them"
Was the last thing she heard him say before everything went black.

"Tsuna!!! What are you doing!!!?" yelled G. Tsuna was holding a gun and pointing it at the bleeding and unconscious Giotto.
Tsuna didn't reply. She just stared with her eyes, dull and void of any emotions.
Sadly no one noticed it since they were too busy looking at the gun that was being pointed at Giotto.
G looked horrified, his best friend, Giotto, is going to be killed by none other than the lover he loves.
As Tsuna pulled the trigger, Asari suddenly jumped in front of Giotto taking the bullet.
"NO!! NII-SAN!!" Takeshi screamed in horror, just arriving in time to witness his brother being shot.
Fortunately, the bullet went at Asari's right shoulder and not to his heart or anything that would cause his death, but still.....
Takeshi, Asari's younger brother looked at Tsuna in shock. Tsuna, the one who had saved him when he was younger and also his best friend........just shot his older brother.
