It was another silent morning for the Vongola when....
*Riiiingg!!* The doorbell's sound rang throughout the Vongola Mansion.
Knuckle, who was the closest person to the door opened it. He recognized it as Tsuna's personal doctor.
"Maiko-san!!" Knuckle exclaimed in surprise.
Maiko smiled, "Good Morning Knuckle-sama".
Knuckle led Maiko to the living room. He told the maids and butlers to inform the guardians and their brothers about Tsuna's personal doctor being here.

G was doing his own paperworks when he heard a knock from his door. "Who is it?" he asked not bothering to open the door.
"G-sama, Knuckle-sama wanted to inform you that Doctor Maiko is here, she and Knuckle-sama is at the living room".
G abruptly stood up, 'Tsuna's personal doctor?' he asked himself. "I'll be right there as soon as I report to Giotto" he said before heading towards Giotto's office to inform him, afterall, anything that concerns Tsuna must be reported to him.

Giotto stared longingly at the picture of his lover and him. Tsuna was smiling warmly. He was hugging her from behind, a large bright smile adorning his face.
He remembered the memories of her. Her warm and gentle smile would always wash all his problems away. Her tears would make him sad and angry to who would have the guts to make her cry.
He snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a knock on his door.
He didn't say anything, he just waited until the person who knocked would say something.
"...Giotto..." the person called.
He recognized the voice, It was G.
"....." He still didn't say anything.
"Giotto....Doctor Maiko is here...she is waiting at the living room" he heard him said.
Giotto stood up and opened the door. He rushed outside ignoring the surprised G and headed to the living room.

Giotto arrived at the living room, G following not far behind him. He saw that all of them were there, even Alaude and Daemon.
He saw Maiko and nodded in greeting, "Good morning Maiko-san, to what do we owe the visit?" he asked emotionlessly, surprising Maiko.
"Ahh! Giotto-sama, Good morning to you as well. I'm sorry if I'm 3 days early but something had come up and decided to come here now" she said.
Everyone looked confused, 3 days early?
Before any of them could voice out their thoughts, Maiko spoke, "So..." she began, looking around, "Where is Tsunako-sama?"she asked, oblivious to the sudden change of atmosphere at the mention of her name.
Giotto's eyes hardened as all but the doctor flinched.
He smiled a very fake smile but the doctor didn't notice, "Tsuna went out to..........buy something" he lied.
