Chapter 1. The World Of Swords

(I do NOT own Sword Art Online!!  This is a Kirito love story btw)

"What is this?" Emiko asked, holding the neatly wrapped box in front of her.

"Just open it!"  Miki, her older sister urges. Emiko unwrapped the paper off the box as it slowly fell lightly to the floor, revealing a brown box with black permenant marker writings on it. She rips off the tape and slowly unfolds the box. Her eyes sparkle at the sight to see the one and only gift she wanted right now. The Nervegear

Emiko's POV

When I opened the brown box, my eyes immediately began to sparkle. What I saw before my eyes laid a helmet resting in the box, covered with bubble wrap. That wasn't only a helmet though, but a Nervegear. I automatically thought about the game, Sword Art Online, and how fun it would be. As I stared at it in awe, I could hear Miki's giggling.
"So... Do you like it?" She smiled. I shook my head, still staring at the Nervegear. Miki's smile widened when she knew what I was talking about. The cliche "No, I don't like it... I LOVE IT!!".
I finally gazed upon her again, with a bright smile.
"Thank you so much, Onee-chan!" I said, hugging her after I placed the box down. She giggled and pat my back.
"No prob, lil one. Just hurry and set it up. I got them to install SAO already, so I'll meet you there at 13:00." She said as she showed me her own Nervegear. I smile and nod, feeling anxious and excited in my chest. She smiled back and ran to her room with her own Nervegear.

Time Skip ~

After I finally figured it out, I placed the Nervegear on my head, after I did all the requirements. I laid on my pastel pink bed with fluffy white pillows and blankets that had laces on them. I anxiously stared at my pink wall clock. 12:59
The seconds seamed like hours. I felt my heart speed up when I glanced at the clock again... 13:00. I looked at the clock on the nervegear to make sure my clock wasn't even 3 seconds ahead. Once I saw that the nervegear said 13:00 as well, I slowly closed my crystal blue eyes. What do you have to say again, I thought.

"Link Start!"

A blank screen appear, but it only stayed like that for half a second until colorful lines came running towords me, then disappeared. In front of me, I saw the words New User. I selected that. I selected Female. It told me to customize my character. I made my character look similarly like me, but with raven hair and dark onyx eyes.

Everything lighted up afterwards. Then the words Welcome to Sword Art Online appeared as I was teleported to the Town of Beginnings, then soon the words disappeared. I looked around but no one was there, except for a girl who looked oddly familiar. She had brown hair and dark onyx eyes. I looked down to see that I had fingerless gloves, a brown beginner chestplate over a black shirt and a black skirt. I had black stockings and dark brown boots. The girl looked very identical to me. She finally looked at me and smiled. When I saw her face and username, I smiled too.

"Welcome to Sword Art Online, Mi-chan!" Miki said. With that, many other players starting spawning

Time Skip ~

Me and Miki were walking around after leveling up. I was level 9 and Emiko was level 8. We kept walking until we saw two people on the grass fields fighting a couple of level 1 boars. I thought they needed help, so me and Miki ran towords them, swords ready. When we got closer to the two figures, I noticed one had raven hair and dark eyes. Another had red hair. The red-head was about to get attacked, but I stepped in front, slashing the boar with my sword (the picture), sending it to colorful shards in one slash, since it was so weak. I stood in front of Miki who was with the red and raven haired men, back facing them as my black hair and the ribbon of my sword swayed in the wind, my right hand out-stretched to the right from the atack. I could feel their eyes on me at awe as the looked at me. The two other boars were about to attack, but the raven-haired guy threw a pebble at it, and it disappeared into shards. As for the last one, Miki ran and stabbed it in the heart twice, then it disappeared. I brought my right arm back down at my side as me and Miki turned around to face the two, and smiled a closed eyed bright smile.
"Woah..." The red-head uttered.
"Hehe. Hello, I'm Miki!" Miki stated, extending her hand to the red-head. He took it automatically.
"I'm Klien!" Klien exclaimed making us giggle. I turned to face the raven-haired guy, and repeated Miki's actions.
"I'm Emiko!" I said, smiling. He took my hand and shook it.
"I'm Kirito." Kirito stated, smiling back. "Are you a beginner?" Kirito asked. I nodded. He smirked
"Ehh? I've never seen beginner moves like that." Kirito said. I giggled.
"Well, I can show you more moves that I know, if I amaze you so much." I tease. I saw slight pink dusting his cheeks, but he covered it with a smile, and just nodded.
"Sure"
