I woke up the next day hoping that it wasn't all a dream but when I looked down at my phone and say
Morning beautiful. I knew then that last night actually happened. I sent him a quick text then jumped in the shower. The hot water hit my skin and I suddenly felt better and more awake. I stayed in the shower for a bit then go out and go dressed. I walked downstairs and my mom was making breakfast. Well that's a first I thought as she flipped the pancakes.

" Good " I replied as I sat down and started to eat. I knew she would be leaving soon so I asked her where she would be this time. She gave me the same look she gave me last time and said she would be gone for 3 months working on some business she opened in china. I wanted to cry but I just shrugged and told her I would miss her. As she sat down next to me she asked me why I don't just invite mia to stay while she is gone. I thought about and decided to just text her to come over and live here since there is an extra bedroom. I texted her and she told me she will here in an hour
Mia lives with her dad and he is barely home like my mom so she always has the house to herself just like me.
I help my mom pack and soon enough she was on her way to the airport. Mia pulled in right on time and we scream and jump up and down excited to be home together. I grab one of the many suitcases she decided to bring and head to the guest room right next to mine. As we unpack I tell her about everything that happened last night.
"I think it's great y'all had a little moment. Everyone think he a player and a thug so I guess that was sweet" she said as she opened a drawer. I laughed and continued helping her unpack. Just then, my phone started ringing. Without looking I answered
