After several hours of non-stop teaching, lunch break finally came at hand. The school cafeteria. It was such a rowdy and crowded place. 'I need to find Jeremiah!', I told myself. I braced myself and pushed past the crowd, hoping that I would find him soon.
Warm arms wrapped around me unexpectedly and I looked up to see who it was. 'Jeremiah!', my thoughts screamed. "Catherine?" "Yes Jeremiah? What is it?", I replied. "No, nothing really. Uhm. I'll walk you to our table if you mind?", he said. "Sure! I would love that." Then he smiled.
While walking to our table, I couldn't stop thinking how nice Jeremiah is. I just kept thinking and blushing until he noticed. "Are you okay? You're turning red. Looks like you have fever." "Jeremiah, I'm fine. Just a bit hungry though.", I answered avoiding his face.
We stopped by our table and he went to get our food, so I waited and pondered. 'I really think he noticed! Oh no!', I thought. Minutes later, he came back with our food and placed it on the table. Surprisingly, he held my face close to his! I thought he was going to kiss me! But he said, "Well, it seems like you're better now. Anyway, let's eat shall we?" I nodded in reply as we both began eating our lunch.
