Broken Fragments Of Love

It's been two weeks since the team joined HM & KS in Jageshwar, they mixed up quite well with the crowd
PS was introduced to everyone as Karishma's Mother( which she is LOL) and Santu was introduced as Karishma's younger sister who was there with her Mom to spend some time with her Elder sister

Cheetah On the other hand volunteered as a helper in Jageshwar Mandir parisar and also joined a local tourist guide company with Karishma's reference to keep eyes on the foreigners that visited the city and were the targets of The drug peddler..
He was supposed to identify such a drug peddler and then report it to HM who was also handling the cafe while keeping the notes and further information of the people highlighted by Cheetah.
Santu was helping HM with data collection and finding the criminal records of the people if any available in police records.

Meanwhile Karishma and Shivani were responsible for recce as they were well aware of the town and also pithoragarh which was the centre for distribution of drugs to small peddler
All were doing great and very efficient at their jobs..

One fine day,
Karishma bounced into SP's room totally ready for their Recce assignment in Kasar..

KS: Shivani are you ready?
KS asked as she stood at the door of Shivani's room totally clueless trying to secure her wrist watch..

SP just grunted in pain, hearing which KS shifted her focus from her watch to SP..
KS looked at Shivani who was huddled under a blanket looking pale

KS immediately rushed to her side, her hand instinctively reaching for her sidearm hidden underneath the blanket

KS: Oye, kya hua??

SP: Pta nahi yaar krishu, I am feeling cold and feverish I think it's due to the changing weather Aaa..Aa..achuuu..

KS: God bless!! And it's okay tum araam karo, hum aaj ka plan cancel kr dete hain kal parso chale jayenge, tum ruko hum tumhare liye kadha bna ke laate hain..

KS gets up and starts to move away when SP gently holds her hand

SP: Arey ni ruko, hum bna lenge kadha khud hi, tum jao don't cancel the plan, you know how important it is

KS: Arey par hum tumko aise kaise chorh ke ja sakte hain iss halat mei

SP: Arey hum theek hain, bas halka sardi jukam hai theek ho jayega

KS: Hmm, wo toh dikh ra kitni theek ho, shakal bta ri, upar se bukhar saaf pta chal raha hai..hum kahi ni ja re yahi hain

SP: Krishu you know how important it is and you should go

KS: Magar..

SP: Agar, magar kuch ni you go and I think you should take Haseena with you .

KS: What!!why? I am not taking her with me..

SP: What Why? Cause she is a grown up police officer and that too a really great one and also an integral part of the mission..

KS: But Shivani you know it is dangerous..
SP: Exactly, I know it's dangerous toh tumhe akele kaise jaane du, Haseena tumhare saath hogi toh mai bhi thora sa relaxed rahungi..akhir koi toh samajhdar vyakti hona chahiye na..

KS( looked at her with narrow eyes): Tumhara matlab kya hai, hum samajhdar ni hai??🤨🤨

SP( trying to hold her laughter): Maine aisa kab kaha..

KS: Abhi toh bola ki ek vyakti samjhdaar hona chahiye..

SP: Maine toh koi ek vyakti bola tha ab agar tum khud ko samajhdaar ni maanti toh not my problem

Saying this Shivani burst into laughter..

KS hits her with a pillow and then keeps the pillow over Shivani's face pretending to Smother SP...

KS: Tumko toh hum btate hain aaj, bas 2 minute ruko jyada dard ni hoga..

They were playfully fighting when Haseena entered and scanned the room with a professional alertness when she saw KS and SP, she quietly stood there looking at both of them in awe..
KS was totally oblivious to her presence but Shivani was quick to notice..

SP: Haseena bachao mujhe warna ye 1.5 futiya mereko maar dalegi aaj..

KS: Tumhai toh, abhi btate hain tumko, humko 1.5 futiya bola tumne

Shivani is already out of bed and ran to hide beside Haseena, KS came running after her with pillows in her hand and as she threw a pillow towards SP, SP quickly moved behind HM and the pillow hit HM right on her face..

Both SP and KS went silent looking at HM who was standing there, hand over face and eyes closed still recovering from the blow..
Both came running to check on her..

KS: MS aap theek hain??
SP: Haseena lagi toh ni..let me see..

KS: Sorry hum ye Shivani ko maar re the apko lag gyi..

SP: Haan, magar tum beech mei kyu aa gyi..

HM opened her eyes and glared at both of them ..

HM (sternly): Pehli baat hum theek hai KS and dusri baat hum beech mei ni aaye tum humare peeche chupi thi Shivani ..
Aur ye kya udham macha rakha hai aap logo ne bacche hain kya..

KS: Hum ni ye Shivani ne pehle start kara..

HM looked at PS for answers who was looking at KS with betrayed expression

SP: Meri koi galti ni hai, don't look at me like that,maine toh bas tumko samajhdaar bola toh Karishma chidh gyi...

KS looked at SP with an open mouth..😦😦😦

KS: Bhagwaan ka khauf khao Shivani Pawar..
SP: Aaj Pushpa Ji ne khane mei aalu ke parathe banaye hain, mai khauf kyu khau...

Like this they started their banter again...

HM: Arey bass, ho gya, hum smjh gye, humari hi galti hai, aap log rehn dijiye..

Both in unison," Sorry"
HM: it's okay.. waise hua kya yaha pe..

KS: Kuch ni Shivani isn't feeling well, aur bukhaar bhi hai..

HM asked SP with concern, kya hua Shivani??"

SP: Arey kuch ni tum tension mat lo mai theek ho jaungi maine dwai kha li hai..and ja ri kadha peene toh sahi ho jaungi hopefully kal tak..

Saying this Shivani runs from there to kitchen to make Kadha for her

HM just smiles gently at KS..
As she turns to leave KS stops her..

KS: Wo hum keh re the ki....

HM ( turns towards her): Ji kahiye..

KS( trying to fasten up her watch, while still struggling with it also as a means to avoid eye contact with HM) : Wo darsal aaj humko Kasar jana hai Recce pe and Shivani ki tabiyat theek nahi hai toh kya aap humare saath chalengi..??

HM looks at KS and then chuckles at KS's antics and sighs deeply..

HM quietly comes near KS and gently grabs her hand and the watch due to which KS suddenly looks into her eyes and they share an eye lock...

HM ( with a soft yet determined voice):Aap kahengi toh aapke saath hum jahannum tak bhi chalenge.

KS's heart skips multiple beats and HM's heartbeat is also running at a very high pace..

Both are totally lost in the moment,Shivani accompanied by Santu is looking at them from the door while sipping their tea/kadha...

Just then a honking sound from some passersby car breaks their trance to which Both SS and SP roll their eyes internally cursing the driver..

HM( clears her throat): Uhmm..ye apki ghadi ho gyi apki, aap chaliye hum bas aate hain ..

KS( without looking): Th..thank you, hum bahar wait kar re hain, aap taiyyar ho kar aaj jaiye bahar..

HM:Ji..
