Chapter 23: Families

~5 months time skip~

Jonathan's POV:

I have being waiting in the hospital for the past 20 minutes with Evan by my side. It all started when I got a call from Luke saying that Ali is coming, I rushed along with Evan to the hospital. Craig and Tyler were going to get gifts for them and I gave them 40 dollars so they could buy a present from me. I felt someone pocking my shoulder and I saw Evan standing up and heading to Tyler and Craig.

They got a bunch of balloons and pinks bags. After about 15 minutes of talking Luke comes out and signaling us to enter the room. As I follow Evan to the room Craig and I handed the bags to Luke. As I enter the room I saw Skylar on the room and a crib beside her. Everyone started to congratulate Skylar and Luke, but at the corner of my eye, I saw a small crib and as I walked by the crib, the room went silent.

In the crib their was a little baby wrapped around in small blankets, it was sleeping but I carefully held her small hand and she wrapped her hand around my finger. Evan and Craig walked beside and smile at the scene in front of them. The baby opened her eyes, her small light brown eyes were starting right at me. "Go ahead Jonathan, carry her" I heard Skylar say. I slowly and extremely carefully I picked the baby up.

I started making weird faces to the baby and the baby kept smiling. I walked closer to Skylar and I saw her smile. Everyone crowded beside as we all saw the baby slowly fall sleep. I slowly handed the baby to Skylar and she smile and started to slowly rock the baby in her arms, I felt arms wrapped around my waist and a head lean on my shoulder. I move my head to be facing Evan. I kissed his check and though of us having a kid some day. Neither of us talked about having a family but I always though about it. "I saw the way you looked at the baby and I can see that you want to start a family, and I think it will be the best for both us" I heard Evan whisper to me.

I turn around facing him and before he could say anything I hug him. I pull away and Evan walk towards Tyler while Craig walked to me. We both sat down, "Are you nervous about the wedding?" Craig asked me. Then I remember, our wedding was going to be in a week. "Kind of, but I'm excited about what going to happen." I replied to Craig, he gave me this weird look "What you talking about?" he asked. "Well just now I realized that I could start a family." I said smiling like an idiot. Craig eyes widen and he started smiling like any fangirl would have smiled.

~Time skip~

We were now at home and Skylar, Luke and Ali came to our house to spend more time with us. Everything was perfect until I went to get the mail as I was searching through the mail I saw a letter for me, it said. "I guess you haven't learn your lesson, but now is my time to teach you, your mother was an easy kill but you will be easier, don't show this to anyone or you will put your new niece life in danger  ~BIDW"

I stood their in shocked, I guess everyone could see me because as I walk closer to the house I kept reading the letter over and over but when I stepped inside everyone was giving me worried looks, I placed all the letters down and try to walked to my room; but as I walked closer Craig stopped me and said "What's wrong Jonathan?" he also tried to look at the letter but I quickly hid it behind my back "It's nothing, don't worry about it" I said trying to walk backwards to my room. Craig tried to take the letter away from me but I move my hand back. He kept trying and I kept moving it away from him, until I saw Skylar say something to Evan and Tyler and they walked closer to me. I just ran to my room and closer the door but I didn't locked it so I tried to lock it but I saw the door open so I quickly ran to the bathroom and lock the door behind me.

I heard knocks on the door but all I care about was who killed my mother. "Jonathan please open the door, we know that something is wrong and its cause a letter that someone gave you" I heard Evan say, I couldn't lock myself in here forever so I open the closet door and saw a small bag that I left, their was a pencil and book full of paper. I didn't hear anything so I though that they might have got the key to the bathroom. I folded the letter and place it on my back pocket. I open the book to see some drawing that I did when I was younger and some that I did recently. I heard the door open and I threw the book on the closet and closed the door. I saw them and Evan quickly hug me. I had to pretend to be alright for Ali protection, they kept asking me what the letter said but I pretended that I never got one. Hopefully I can figurate out who send it to me before anything bad happens.
