"Just go." as soon as those two signal syllable words left his mouth, I felt a little hurt, didn't he trust me? Or maybe he wanted to be alone? But I couldn't leave him like this.

"No. You're hurt, we need to get you to the nurse." I stated non-chalantly. At first, I knew he was going to decline, but then he reluctantly nodded when he figured out I wasn't going to give up. I bent down an helped him get up. Then we made our way inside using the side entrance Drake and his so called mates must've took.

"What happened?" I asked when we were going down the corridor. Most people were in lesson and others were probably out in the field or library, so the halls were pretty empty.

"Here." Ash said pointing towards a door. I nodded and we walked into it.

"Why have we come to a classroom?" I asked while folding my arms and narrowing my eyes at Ash's back while he pulled open a couple of draws on the otherwise of the empty class.

"I'm scared of nurses." he replied bluntly. He then sat down on a desk and opened up what looked like a first aid kit. He pulled out some cleansing materials and started to apply them onto the wound on his jaw and his right cheek, but he was struggling to apply it to the right parts. I couldn't help but laugh and when the noise escaped my mouth, his head snapped in my direction, then turned back to his previous occupation.

"Here, let me." I said extending my hand forward while walking towards him.

"It's okay, I can do it." he refused. That's when I snatched it out of his hand and cleaned his injury. Then I wiped the little slit above his right eye and put a plaster on it.

"Done." I grabbed the used equipment and threw them in the bin.

"Because I'm a nerd. Because they hate me. They needed someone to release the anger on and who better than me - the schools nobody. They hit me because I hung out with you, Ari and Josh." I turned midway from putting the first aid kit away to look at Ash with his head hanging low and him trying to avoid my gaze. I put away the box and made my way towards him and sat on the desk in front of his.

"So what if you're a nerd? So what if they hate you? So what if they have anger issues? Like you said with your last statement, they're just jealous. But even that isn't the reason they pick on you. The reason is because you don't stand up for yourself. You keep it all to yourself... You know what? Saturday after school. You, Ari, Josh and I, we're going out. Be ready by eleven." I instructed then walked out the room and texted Josh and Ari to meet me before next lesson so I could explain my plan to them:

Give Ash a makeover.

*Before the fight*

I walked out the back doors and was about to walk up the bleachers when two of Drake's goons grabbed me from my shoulders and literally picked me up and took me to the side of the building. Nobody noticed and if they did, they probably were too scared to say anything. Since nobody's coming to stop them, I'm guessing Josh or Ari didn't see. Great.

I'm supposed to be at my best game for Saturday, and this is going to leave bruises.

"Well well well, look what we have here." Drake mused while motioning his friends to pin me up against the wall.

I felt really annoyed right now. Not only at them, but at myself. The feeling that I am helpless even though I can take these overgrown buffaloes down in no time. But if I want to keep my identity of Aristo Evan a secret, I have to keep this cover of a helpless nerd boy. I mean I could've gone for a popular band geek or something, but at that moment, the only thing came to mind was: nerd. I'm the 'best fighter', that's actually the literal meaning of 'Aristo Evan', but only Josh and Ari know that. They were the ones who helped me when I told them I wanted to be a street fighter.
