As I walked in ashamed and scared, I sat down and started to eat. That's when my grumpy Father shouted "Your Mother is darn upset with you for not coming down when you're told, you're lucky we didn't ground you!"
I was so anoyed with all this constant gibber gabber so shouted back "Enough, I was reading through my essay for mistakes, ok, and I said that to Mum and now to you too, just give it a rest! You two are always shouting at me. Well now it's my turn to give you a piece of my mind!" And that is where the silence began for about 12 seconds just enough to let my Dad think of something and out it came, right out of his dirty mouth, and this time it wasn't talk it was shout! "RIGHT THAT'S THAT'S," and he paused and stopped as he could see the tears in my eyes and he lowered his voice and said "I'm so so sorry!" But this time with tears in his eyes and I stopped and lowered my voice and said "it's not your fault it's mine I'm sorry I shouldn't of snapped at you like that!" And then we hugged a little and made up but Mum could here the shouting from in her room, two stories up, so stomped her way down the stairs about to say "Shut up fighting you two!" But came in and saw us hugging and almost cried let alone Dad and me! Then we said "pardon?" And she laughed and cried in joy! After we finished dinner and pudding I desided to go back upstairs to the ancient diary and read more and more until I was full up on story pie! To read about the creature and ways to defend it in case me and my family have the blood that it's after.........
