The sun was out, not a cloud in the sky. You were at a park near a bey stadium, were a tournament was being held tomorrow. In the park there was an area for bey training, which you were walking by casually. You briefly stopped to see if you knew anyone, but instead you saw the most attractive guy in the whole city, bright blue eyes, brown hair with blonde tips in a messy ponytail. But what really caught your (e/c) eyes was his smile, it seemed so warm and bright. Realizing you were staring you looked around before setting off again. You were thirsty after all, summers got hot. So, satisfied, (f/s) in hand you sat down on a bench beneath an oak tree, a nice, shady spot compared to the blistering path. You were playing with your (h/c) hair when you glanced at the path to see that attractive guy again, he was walking toward you it seemed.
Face down toward the soda in your lap you had no idea what to do until you heard a heavenly voice say "Is this spot taken?" You looked up to see him, smiling. You couldn't get the words out so you nodded no. He sat down, a little close to you. There was a peaceful silence before he said "My name's Zeo,Zeo Abyss. I saw you walk by the bey area. What's your name?" You knew you had stared too long! Embarrassed, you shyly reply "My name is (y/n). It's nice to meet you. So you like Beyblade?" With that his smile got even bigger "Yeah, I'm kind of an expert. My bey is called Screw Fox TR145W2D." He blushed slightly and pulled his bey out for you to see. You were amazed at how pretty it was, it's dark blue fusion wheel and face bolt made it so, stunning. "I'm entering that tournament tomorrow, if you wanna see it in action." He kept his gaze on you, not that you minded. You smiled at him and said "Sure, I'll look for you." He laughed. You looked at the time, "Oh no, my mom is gonna kill me. It was great talking to you Zeo, I'll see if I can find you tomorrow, bye!" And with that you rushed off, leaving Zeo to go through his own thoughts.
The day of the tournament was so exciting! Bey sprits were all fired up and the battles were down right awesome! You got a front row seat next to a loud black haired, white tipped guy always yelling. But when you heard him cheering for Zeo, you looked around for him. He walked into the stadium, determined look on his face. It was alien of his usual smiling face you saw yesterday. The guy next to you was cheering his freaking head off. Zeo spotted you and waved, smiling. You returned the wave and the smile. The guy next to you turned to you and said "So your (y/n)! Zeo wouldn't shut up about you all morning. I'm his best friend and ultimate rival, Masamune Kyodya! The boy on the other side of me is Toby, his other best friend." Toby had silver hair and pretty purple-like eyes, he waved hello. But the attention was turned back toward the match. 3,2,1 let it rip!!
Screw fox entered the match strongly, spinning faster than Zeo's opponent. Who he easily beat, he blew through his second and third match and was at the finals. In the middle of the battle he called his special move, buster tail. Fox obliterated the opposing Virgo. Zeo was named champion. You, Masamune, and Toby stood up and cheered for Zeo probably louder than anyone else. After the match you meet Zeo and your apparently new friends celebrating and having fun. After a while Zeo said he wanted to talk to you, alone. You followed him down the street a little bit, just out of earshot of the guys. "So (y/n), did you like the match?" He said putting on hand on the back of his head. "You were amazing." You reply. He shifted a little, almost nervously, and said "I kinda- no really like you. I know we just met but, I don't know, it's hard to explain so I'll just come out with it. Wanna be my girlfriend?" At this point he was blushing like crazy, but so were you. "Zeo, I-I like you too. Of course, I would love to be your girlfriend." He looked at you straight on, then grabbed you and kissed you roughly and very quickly. You, stunned, wished it could've been longer. Zeo grabbed your hand and you both walked back toward the guys, smiling like crazy. Masamune then exclaimed "I knew it! Zeo, you lucky, ugh, finally!" Overall it was a pretty good night. Hanging out with your new friends and your new boyfriend. Who, walked you home.
