"So yeah! That's King!" Masamune was introducing me to his friend King. And wow. It took probably about 5 minutes. I laughed. "Nice to meet you King!" I said smiling, as I held out my hand for him to shake. He smiled and took it. "Nice to meet you too (y/n)!" Masamune suggested we all have a battle royal to see who was the strongest. He was the first out. King and I went at it and eventually I won. "Yes! I did it!" I cheered happily. King grinned. "That was a great battle! I didn't expect such a pretty girl to be that good!" He said as I blushed. He just laughed. Eventually Masamune and I joined in.
I sighed. I laied down on my bed and stared at the ceiling. Why did this memory keep coming back to me? That happened over a year ago! Well, I guess it's probably because ever since that day, King and I were extremely close friends. We knew everything about each other! We would always get together and battle. Sometimes I won, sometimes he won. But no two battles were the same. And every time one of us was feeling down, the other could always cheer us up. Oh King! Why did you have to leave? I thought and started crying.
"(Y/n)? (Y/n). (Y/n) wake up!" I slowly opened my eyes to see a worried Masamune. I was living with him and the rest of Team Gan Gan Galaxy. "Masamune? What's wrong?" I asked with a yawn. He sighed. "I could ask you the same thing, but I think I already know. I came in and found you asleep with tears running down your face." He explained to me. "Was it King?" Masamune asked me. I nodded and wrapped my arms around his shoulders. He gave me a sympathetic smile. "It's ok (y/n). I'm sure you'll see King again someday."
I slowly went with Masamune to get breakfast. My face was still red, and there were still tears in my eyes. Well I guess I'd better tell you this. Somehow Gingka got me in Team Gan Gan Galaxy. That was pretty cool. So I'm pretty good friends with the team. When I got down to where the others were, I heard Madoka gasp. "(Y/n)! What happened? Are you ok?" She asked. Nobody except Masamune knows about King and I being close. So nobody knows that I was upset that he left. I'm not sure where he went. He never said.
The others looked up at me also. "Why are you crying (y/n)? Do something happen?" Tsubasa asked. I shook my head. "N-no. Not recently anyway." I said. "What do you mean by that?" Gingka asked. Masamune sighed. "It's ok guys." He said. "Yeah. Don't worry about it." I added. I grabbed something to eat and left. I didn't want them to start asking questions again. I was staring at my bey Grand Pegasus, when I accidentally bumped into someone, causing us to both fall to the ground. I got up quickly. "I'm sorry! I wasn't paying attention where I was going!" I said reaching my hand down to help the boy up.
As soon as our hands touched, the sparks flew. Just something about this, seemed familiar. It was like a dream. I carefully pulled him up. "It's ok. I wasn't paying attention either." He said. Then his eyes got wide. "(Y-y/n)!?" He asked shocked. Huh? Who is- No way. "King!" I cried, jumping into his arms. He smiled. "Good! You remember me! I was afraid you would have forgotten about me." He said. My eyes widened. A guilty look came over him face. "Hey now! I was just kidding!" He said with a nervous laugh. He was blushing. I sighed. "Don't do that again." I said.
I grabbed his hand and drug him to where Gan Gan was staying. I flung the door open and ran to the room I share with Masamune. "Masamune! Look!" I said excitedly. Masamune looked up and his eyes became large. "King!" He said smiling. He walked over and shook hands with King. "Long time no see Masamune." King said. "Too long!" Masamune agreed. King then looked at me. "You still look as pretty as ever!" He said to me. I blushed. "R-really?" I asked. He shook his head. "No. I lied. You're beautiful." He replied. I blushed even more. "Thank you..." I said. Masamune laughed. "Come on King. I think you should tell her." Masamune said. King stopped laughing.
"Hey Masamune. Can I please speak to you? Alone?" King asked Masamune. He grabbed his wrist and dragged him out. I heard a few words like: Why. You know. But. She. Like. For a long time. And this last one was a bit weird to hear. Love. I couldn't tell what they were talking about, but those words could be clues. Just then the door opened. The two boys walked in. "Hey (y/n). I need to talk to you." Masamune said. King glared at him. We went out into the hall. "(Y/n)! Do you like King?" He asked. "Of course! He's like my best friend!" I answered. Masamune facepalmed.
"WHAT!?!?!? WHY WOULD YOU THINK THAT!?!?!?" I shouted at Masamune. "Come on! It's so obvious you like him! Just man up and tell him!" He said to me. "I'm a woman! And fine. Maybe I do like him. But he doesn't like me back." He grinned. "I wouldn't be so sure." He said quietly and walked off. I went back into the room blushing. "Hey King? Can I ask you something?" I asked King. "Sure!" He nodded. "What's up?" He asked. "Well.... When you left.... I guess I started getting these feelings, for you, and now that I'm seeing you again, I think they've gotten stronger...."
King blushed. "Does this feeling have a name?" He asked sounding a little... Hopeful? I nodded. "Yes. It's called love." I said with a sigh, blushing. King grinned. "That's great! I have the same feelings for you!" He said and kissed me. I was surprised, but then kissed back. "So (y/n)! I told you that you would see him again!" We pulled away to see Masamune with a camera. King and I were blushing. "Aww! You two are so cute!" I heard Madoka say. Gingka, Tsubasa, Yu, and Masamune just laughed. I walked over to Masamune. "This is for everything you've done!" I shouted at him, taking him off guard. Then I hugged him. He laughed and hugged back. "Thanks Masamune!"
