I think there's a newbie here. Cause on my way to lunch, I overheard some guys talking about a new hottie. A redhead, Marlin or something. Well, well....

I sit down next to Sophie while she's babbling about some gossips to us. I looked around and finds something strange. "Who is she?" I babble out.

"Who is what?!" Of course, Sophie never thinks about the words she's saying, she just let them slip out.

"The extra girl on the table"

"Oh, I'm Marlene Prease. I'm new here," the stranger smiles.

"Reyna"

"You know what?" Sophie continues. "Will has finally asked Nyssa out!!!" She's saying this pretty loud. I can imagine what Nyssa would do if she was here.

"Be quiet Soph!" I warn her. "If they're here, they'll probably cut your head off."

"But they ain't here," she laughs off and takes a bit of her sandwich. Typical Sophie.

After I've finished my lunch, I head towards my locker, making sure that I have everything with me. When I am about to go to the classroom, someone calls my name.

"Rey-Rey, how can u not wait for me?)" It's Leo, again.

"Whatever" I reply. "So... What's up?"

"Well, I'm wondering if you have time to hang out with me this Saturday afternoon," he says. Hang out with him? I don't really know... I think for a little while, trying to come up with excuses if I don't want to go. "Cmon Rey, I know you are free this Saturday. Don't come up with some really rare excuses if you don't want to go."

"Why would I come up with excuses?" I retorts.

"So.... You agree?"

"I never said so...." Actually it was because I am thinking about a good excuse to say. "What are you gonna do?" I try to extend the time for me to come up with a really convincing and true sounding excuse.

"Well perhaps have a picnic in the forest behind the school. I haven't taken a walk in nature ever since I left Camp Half Blood, which is like ten years ago." He explains.

"You were there this summer." I eye rolls.

"Yeah but you know, one day in school feels like ten years...."

"And yet you've only lived 16 years on earth, wow wow," I think I put too much sarcasm but.... It's alright. After all, it's Valdez.

"Anyway, so your answer is....?" He looks pretty idk..... Anxious? Irritated? Confused?

"Alright, I'll go. But if the food is not acceptable, then I'll leave at once." What in all the Pluto's name am I doing....... Someone must've drugged me.....

"Oh, okay Rey. Don't worry 'bout that, I'll make the tastiest sandwiches in the whole world!" Leo answers. "OMG Reyna I'm gonna be late for the next class!! Gotta go now!!"

"You have PE?" But we have it together though...

"Ehm no, I think it's biology? Or history? I guess? See ya!" And he runs off. To I don't know where, but the opposite direction of both biology and history classroom.

What a strange scenery lol. There were at least five minutes till class and I've never seen Valdez being so desperate to attend class. He was usually the one who tried to kill some time of class by moping around in the hallway and greeting everyone he knew. Especially before English and biology class. I begin to head towards my class, I had chemistry with Katie and I don't want to miss out the real funny moment when Katie would yell at Travis just at the moment when our teacher comes in. It's even funnier than watching Sophie dumping those cherries.

Wait a minute.... Did I just say 'Yes' to Leo? Am I dreaming? Why in all the world would I want to go anywhere with him? An unusual weird feeling rose inside of me, perhaps someone put drugs in my coffee this morning and made me high. Yeah, I must've been high.

Just some seconds after I arrived the classroom and took out my pencils, I hear Katie screaming after the Stolls. "You wait for it and there'll be strawberries growing all over your dorm!!!" And someone storms off in front of our classroom door. Too bad our teacher is late for our class, or she would be bumping into one of the Stoll's. Right after comes a real annoyed-looking Katie in.

"I can't believe they have to nerve to prank me every day," Katie sights as she walks to me. "They've been doing it for years now, and never got tired of it."

"Oh poor Katie strawberry grower, please get your revenge by growing the strawberries all around the Stoll's new computer. It'll be hilarious." I play along with her.

"Nice idea praetor," she smiles back. "I'll invite you when I'm going to prank them back."

"It'll be my pleasure to join you."

And we both laugh away until the teacher comes in.

Hi guys!!!

It's been freakin 5 years since I was here OMG

I wrote this thing when I was 11 yrs old and now I'm sixteen!!!! So.... the grammar and description of the story isn't so good. Yeah, I'm sorry for that :)

Whatever first of all TYSM for 3000 readers OMGOMGOMG and for people continuing supporting me (even when I'm inactive, it's so warmhearting

Second, because I wrote this thing FIVE years ago, i can't really remember the whole storyline now.... and what I wanted to write when I was twelve. Another thing is that there has been a real long while since I last read Percy Jackson books and fanfiction... So I might not shape my characters the same as uncle Rick did.... But. I can promise you that I'll write MUCH better :) And plz tell me to update I'm kinda lazy

Third, I might go back and edit the previous chapters :)
