Well, this is a mix of the actual Roman appearances that the AI can generate for me, however only the segmented armor is the one best AI-generated.
But it's mixed with the green or gray color of the tunics under the armor, as if the Romans would have considered using some camouflage.
There is also the golden armor, along with the purple tunic, but this is referring to the colors that in the Percy Jackson books, the Romans are supposed to use, the golden color for the imperial gold, while the Roman color for the shirts worn by the members of New Rome in the 21st century. And because of this last things, some women also appear dressed as soldiers of ancient Rome.
