College roommates

Chapter 6

IMPORTANT: Make sure you read chapter 5 first! I had problems when I uploaded, and I think they're in the wrong order.

I woke up entangled with someone's body. I glanced around to take in my surroundings. Louis and Liam were cuddled together on my bed, and Zayn was snoring quietly on the couch. Niall had an arm wrapped around my waist and his hair was sticking up in all sorts of directions. This boy will be the death of me. I tried getting up to head to the bathroom, but Niall tightened his grip on me subcontiously (clearly he'd never do this if he was aware of his actions). I guess I can wait for the bathroom for a few minutes. I heard some rustling and looked over to see Zayn waking up. "Morning sunshine."
"Morning Zayn"
"How did ya sleep" he winked at me.
"Fine thanks. You?"
"Real well, thank you. Look maybe Niall doesn't see it, but I knew as soon as we met that you liked him. You kept glancing at him and smiling to yourself. My thoughts were confirmed during truth or dare when he took his shirt off, and you were practically drooling as you checked him out."
"Please don't tell anyone"
"Don't worry. your secret is safe with me."
"Thanks, but why did you make me kiss him?"
"I just wanted to give you a chance to kiss the man of your dreams." he winked.
"You're so weird..."

Once the others woke up, we decided to make pancakes and toast for everyone. I don't use the kitchen much when it's just Niall and I, but it was a lot of fun with the our friends here. what should have taken half an hour at most ended up taking an hour and a half. As it turns out, none of us can cook that well. We ate our pancakes in comfortable silence, and once we were done Niall said that he wanted to explore the city today. I immediately agreed followed by the approval of our new friends. We walked into town seeing as it wasn't too far, and just looked around in the shops to see what there was. We found a pet store, and I immediately went over to the cats and watched them fighting together. "Niall come look! They're so cute!"
Niall chuckled before replying "Maybe someday we can get an apartment with the other guys, and then I'll buy you a cat."
"Do you mean that?!"
"Of course."
Do you see why I like this boy so much? He's so considerate and caring. He would buy me a cat, AND he's willing to get an apartment with all of us.

After spending all afternoon in town we went back to the dorms. Louis, Liam, and Zayn all went back to their separate rooms, so it was just Niall and I for the rest of the night. "I have to go home next weekend for my brother's wedding, so you'll be here by yourself" Niall told me.
"Ok thanks for letting me know, but what will I do without you? I'll get so lonely!" I faked really upset.
"We can spend the next weekend I'm here together! Just the two of us!"
"I'll hold you to that Horan!"
I liked the other guys, but I was really looking forward to a weekend of just Niall and I just hanging out together.
