College roommates

Chapter 14

Niall and I had been carrying on as normal. we didn't cuddle in bed every night or kiss on the couch, but we did wrestle around and make each other dinner. I would be lying if I said I didn't want more. I want Niall as my boyfriend, but I don't know if he wants that. It's been awhile since our date, and we haven't done anything to move us in the direction of being more than friends. Maybe I'm supposed to ask him on a date this time? I don't really know how this dating thing works. I've never really dated before. it's all so new and confusing.

I had decided to ask Niall on a date, and he said he'd love to. I'm having Louis help me plan though because I don't know what I'm doing. The only problem with Louis helping is that he seems dead set on me trying to seduce him!
"Harry! Just stick out your butt a little more, and Niall wwon't be able to resist!"
"No Lou! I'm not trying to do that yet!"
"Oh c'mon! What's the worst that could happen?"
"No Lou. Not going to happen."
"Can I pick out a sexy outfit for you to wear."
"No!"
And the day carried on like that. Louis doesn't have classes tomorrow, so he's going to set the date up for me while I'm in class. I owe him for that... I also asked him to help Niall get there, so I hope he doesn't spoil the surprise for him.

Louis's POV

I'm on my way to pick up Niall for his date with Harry. I hope he enjoys it because Harry worked really hard to set this up to be perfect. who am I kidding? I helped of course it'll be great! I put the blindfold in Niall, and drive to the secret destination where Harry was waiting. I let Niall out of the car, and into Harry's care before driving them off and letting them be.

Nialls POV

I have no idea what's going on. Harry told me to dress nice, so I'm wearing tan chinos and a nice blue shirt to bring our my eyes. Louis has me blindfolde in a car, which is slightly scary with his driving. But we arrived in one piece nonetheless. Harry grabbed my hand and had me sit. It felt soft yet slightly lumpy.
"Ok you can take off the blindfold." I heard his sweet voice say.
When I took off the blindfold, I was completely blown away. We were in a clearing in the forest hanging off a small cliff with an amazing view of the city beneath us. the stars shone brightly in the sky, and he had lit a few candles to help us see a little better. There was a wonderful meal prepared complete with chocolate covered strawberries for desert. After taking everything in I looked to the beautiful man responsible for this display.
"Umm I hope it's ok...."
"Ok?! Harry this is the best date I've ever been on! Thank you for this!"
We ate and cuddled watching the stars and kissed a couple times, each time just as surprising as the last. I never expected to feel this way for anyone, let alone my college roommate.
"Hey Niall? Can I ask you something?"
"Of course."
"Will you be my boyfriend?"
I could tell he was nervous, but I had been hoping to hear him ask that question. I would have asked him, but I want this to move at his pace.
"I'd love to." I finally responded, and we sealed it with a kiss.
