~Max P.O.V~
As I open my eyes I hear a sound of beeping and a loud roar. I looked at the sky and saw it light blue with a hint of purple, and a glimpse of sunlight. What happened? All I remember is sitting down next to a girl-
Julia!I turned over on my other side and noticed Julia was still sleeping peacefully.
As the loud roar came closer, I looked over the roof and saw the trash man doing his daily routine. Yep you guessed it, picking up everyone's filthy trash.
*Beep, Beep, Beep*
I looked over my shoulder to check on Julia and to my surprise she was still sleeping.
Man how can this girl sleep through all this noise? I bet she can even sleep through a tornado.
As the trash man passed, I walked over to Julia trying to fine my phone. I looked under my pillow, shake out my blankets, and even looked in my shoe.
Don't judge, I sometimes hide things in my shoe. But yet only my feet were in the shoes this time.
I looked everywhere except Julia's side and nothing! Where the hell is my phone?! All of a sudden I hear something vibrating. I look over where I heard it from and sure enough my phone was under Julia.
So I don't know about you guys but I'm currently just sitting looking at my phone that is under a girl who's sleeping and thinking how the hell am I going to get it.
Maybe she'll feel it vibrating and wake up.
*buzz buzz*
Nothing.
Are you kidding me! When is little miss sunshine going to wake up?
Then all of a sudden Julia let out a small groan and turned to her other side which showed me my phone poking out.
Ok I got this.
I got closer to Julia and started to touch my phone which was currently between Julia and the ground. As I was holding my breath, I slowly pulled my phone.
Ok almost there until my phone is released from-
As I was in my thought Julia slowly turned back to her other side causing , not only my phone but my arm as well under her.
REALLY? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Ok this time I'm going to rip it off like a bandaid.
I quickly pulled my phone and to my surprise it was out. I let out my breath that I didn't know I was holding and through a victory fist in the air.
Yes I did it, my phone is now released from the sleepy dragon!
Ok so I know that sounds weird and geeky but hey don't judge me.
As I was about to unlock my phone I hear a groan. I looked over at Julia and noticed when I pull out my phone I flipped her over 10 inches away.
Julia sat up with a funny confused look on her face as she looked around her surroundings. Before I could say anything Julia beat me to it. "What happened?" she asked. "Umm... you kept moving in your sleep, so you fell," I lied hopefully she would believe me and she did. "Oh," was all she said before searching for something. "Hey can I use your phone, I cant find mine." I nodded as I handed my phone back to the dragon. After a few minutes, we heard beeping. We both looked over the roof and saw Julia's phone going off in the bushes. "Great, just great." Julia said before trying to get off the roof. I stepped toward her and grabbed her arm, "Wait, let me get it," without Julia stopping me, I continued putting one of my legs over the roof. After I jumped off the roof, I grabbed Julia's phone and threw it at her. Under 5 minutes, I eventually got back up on the roof. Hey like I said, its not my first time trying to climb up here.
After Julia thanked me, we both started to clean up the roof. Julia was in charge of shaking and folding the blankets back to the trunk while I grabbed all of the cans and threw it away. Noticing the time, Julia suggested that it was time to leave before Wes or his parents will notice strangers talking on their roof.
Once I got off the roof, it was the time to help Julia to get down. "Come on its easy, put your foot on the window sill and turn around to a sitting position." I whispered at Julia who was intimidated when she saw the small window sill.
~Julia's P.O.V~
"Come on its easy, put your foot on the window sill and turn around to a sitting position."
As I looked over the plan I still had some doubt about the small room that I'm going to put my foot on top of. And its not only the space of the window sill, its that the window is in Wes's bedroom. Just one sound can easily wake him up, or at least that's what Max said.
"There has to be another way," I asked Max in a whisper, but as a reply Max shook his head. "There's no other way, unless you want to go into the backyard where their Rottweiler, Scarelet, is." I shook my head before I started to take my first step.
Since I'm a beginner of getting down a roof, I did baby steps, praying that I wont slip. As I was in front of Wes's window I looked down at Max giving him the 'what do I do now' face.
"Ok now jump." I widened my eyes just realizing what the next step was. "What no," before I could list the reasons why, I heard yelling. I turn around and saw Wes through the window, having a hard time opening the window.
"Hey, got off my roof!" Wes yelled at me still struggling to open the window.
"Julia jump, now!" I looked down at Max and hold my breath as I did the most dare devilish thing. Once Wes got the window to open I jumped, feeling his hands missing me as I was falling.
Everything was a blur, I was still shocked that I jumped a two story house on the pressure that I might go to jail for trespassing. Once I opened my eyes I noticed that Max was running with me in his arms, bridal style. I turned my head over Max's shoulders and saw Wes coming to his front yard in his underwear. Good thing we're far away where Wes can't get us, I thought to myself.
The minute Max turned the corner of that street, he put me down while we tried to catch our breath. When everything was finally calm Max suggested to walk me home.

"Ok next question. What's your favorite song?" Max asked while walking closer to my apartment.
"Um, I don't really have a favorite song, but I do like Could by Elderbrook. I like to listen to it while I write or type. Ok my turn, what's your favorite band?"
"I like Paramore, The Neighbourhood, and Arctic Monkeys." I looked at him in disbelief, "No way, I love those bands! When I was 12 I saw Paramore in concert." Max's eyes widened while looked at me which made me smile.
"That's so cool, I saw The Neighbourhood last year, still have the concert ticket."
"You keep the tickets? Why, I mean don't you have their merchants?" I pulled my eyebrows together creating a confused look.
"Yeah but I like to keep concert tickets since it shows the day, year, the show time, and anyone can buy their merchants online and lie that they went to the concert. The tickets make it official and you can always remember the feeling when you saw them. That's why I keep the tickets." After he was done I had a different point of view and he knew it too.
We stopped at my front door and said our good byes, "Well this is it," I said while looking around. Max cleared his throat, "Um yeah, I guess this is it. Well I'm glad I met you, Julia."
"Yeah same. Maybe we can hang out sometime," Max nodded, "Yeah, that'll be cool. Well I guess I'll see you later." I put the keys in with one hand on the door nob while looking at Max. "Yeah, bye."
Once I got inside I peeked out the window just in time to see Max walking back to who knows where. Thinking about today and last night just brought a smile to my face as I watched Max turning the corner.
