(Jakie's pov)
I smiled the instant Alby said Newts name, I could tell I was blushing alot only because I felt my face get hot. I nodded my head to answer his question. We said our goodbyes and I turned and walked in Newts direction. He was laughing at something someone said but he was just smiling, man his smile could brighten anyone's day.
I realized that I had stopped walking and was staring. I turned back to Alby to see if he was watching but he was gone. I started to walk again and found myself sitting right next to Newt. "Hey Greenie, how's it going?" Newt asked me once he put his arm around my shoulder. "Newt please don't call me that, everyone already calls me that and I don't need to hear it from you to." I told him as I put my head on his shoulder. "I'm sorry Love. It still feels awkward calling you Jakie." He said putting his head on mine.
No one was watching so I didn't make it awkward but then I looked over at Thomas and Teresa and they were staring at us. I tried to ignore them but it was so hard not to look. So I looked over there for a final time and they were saying that I need to take his hand and take him somewhere so we can be alone. "Hey um Newt, can I talk to you for a minute?" I asked him as I slid his arm of my shoulder and stood up.
