"Hello," Sydney answered her phone, still half asleep.

"Are you still in bed," Tony yelled through to her. She winced and jumped in bed, nearly sliding off.

"Anthony Stark it is," she pulled back her phone to look at the time, "7:30 in the morning and still dark out. You better have a good reason for calling me this early," she snarled.

"Well, seeing as how you've been avoiding Fury's phone calls," Tony dragged out and Sydney whined in protest, "We found the final HYDRA base and we need you to come help us take it down," Tony lost all of the playfulness in his voice. Sydney bolted out of her bed and towards her closet. As she threw open the doors, one of them stubbed her toe.

"Shit," sheer cursed, still holding the phone to her ear.

"Honestly, with how clumsy you are how are you still an Avenger," Tony taunted. She rolled her eyes dragging out her catsuit.

"By the way who is us," she asked shredding her pajamas and replacing it with her forest green suit.

"Oh the whole bands back together, even Point Break. There's a lot of things you miss out on while you're in France," Tony said with disgust.

"Well- wait why is Thor there," she questioned, scrunching up her face, while throwing clothes into a suitcase she grabbed from the closet as well.

"Oh, they have Loki's scepter," Tony added nonchalantly, Sydney heard he take a bite out of something and she packed even faster.

"Why didn't you tell me that first," she yelled.

"You didn't ask, you just yelled at me for calling so early. By the way it's really late here. You might want to sleep on the jet," Tony defended.

"What jet," she asked. Her question was soon answered as she heard and saw a quin-jet land in front of her Parisian home. "Never mind," she ended the call, zipped her suitcase and ran out the door.

As she stepped out she saw drawbridge already down for her with a familiar red head inside.

"Natasha," Sydney yelled in excitement, rushing into the jet, to give her best friend a hug.

"Hey Syd," Nat patted her back awkwardly. They pulled apart and they were both handed files.

"I had gotten used to having dozens of these," Sydney joked, Nat laughed slightly cracking the file open.

"Welcome back Agents Carter and Romanoff," the pilot greeted, taking off, far from Sydney's normal life.
