It was selfish
I shouldn't have said it
But the words fell straight out of my mouth
Tumbling into your ears
You asked me to be honest
And honest I was
Today your posture melts
Am I part to blame?
If I knew what would happen
Those words would never have fallen
Or tumbled
Or fled
From my mouth
From my mind
Still they ran away from me
And right to you
And now what can I do
But sit in silence
