~||CHAPTER SIX: "BROKEN PAST"||~

~~~KIM TAEHYUNG POV.~~~

I let out a deep sigh, and walked up to Jungkook's room. I opened the door and saw him lying on his bed.

It looked like he was waiting for me?...

"Umm... hyung. I need to tell you something." Jungkook said, in a nervous and serious voice.

"Mm? Yeah, sure what is it?" I asked.

"I-its about my f-father..." He stuttered.

"What about him?" I asked, in a fairly concerned voice.

"If I tell you, don't tell anyone. Especially my sister and mom." He said, very seriously.

"I wont."

"Well then , I hope you listen well." He muttered, loud enough for me to hear.

~~~AUTHOR'S POV.~~~

Ten years ago... it all happened Ten Years ago, when Mrs.Jeon filed her divorce paper for her husband.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS WITHOUT TELLING ME?!" Mr.Jeon said, as he started to throw everything he had on his way.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL QUESTION IS, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" Mrs.Jeon screamed her lungs out, as she shivered in despair, knowing that her husband has cheated on her once again.

"When have I ever hurt you, and your worthless children, huh? WHEN DID I EVER DO THAT !?" He said, as he slowly raised his voice and walked towards his wife, then held onto her jaw.

"What a stupid person you are." Mr.Jeon said, as he let go of his wife's jaw and slapped her face.

"MAMA!!" Jungkook screamed, as he ran to his mother and held her hand. His mother looked at him, and gave him a weak smile. She suddenly pulled Jungkook away by force and hugged him, just so that he would not get punched my his drunk father.

"Mama!" Hae-won screamed, as she saw her mother on the floor, filled with bruises and scars.

" YOU BASTARD! HOW DARE YOU COME TO MY HOUSE AND HURT MY CHILDREN!" She screamed, as she held Jungkook in her arms.

"You made me suffer, with all your drugs, alcohol, and now you cheated on me TWICE. And you expect me to forgive you? AFTER HURTING ME A MILLION TIMES? And now, you choose my children to SUFFER as well?!" She said with trembling hands, as she looked at Jungkook, she smiled and then wiped his tears.

"Don't you ever come anywhere near my treasures!" Mrs.Jeon screamed, as she looked at her husband.

"What did you say?" Mr.Jeon walked close to his wife and caught hold of her jaw, and then slid his hand to her neck, and started chocking her.

"Daddy! I HATE YOU!" Hae-won screamed, while pushing her dad away. With tears rolling down her face one after another. She screamed at her father in the same time hitting his shin.

"I HATE YOU!!" Hae-won screamed, as she continuously hit her father.

"What? No No No... what are you saying my child?" He asked, with his voice trembling in fear. He hugged his daughter and she pulled away.

"Daddy, I Hate you." She said, as she broke the hug. Mrs.Jeon got up, and tried to slap her husband, but then he caught his wife's hand and was about to punch her back, when he suddenly saw his daughter, Crying.

Mr.Jeon left his wife's hand and ran out of the house.

A few moments later, the neighbor saw the door of the house, wide open, along with some shattered glass pieces and wood on the floor. The neighbor ran inside and picked up Mrs.Jeon and tried to comfort the children, while on the same time she calls the police and ambulance.

Moments later the ambulance arrived, and took Mrs.Jeon to the hospital. And the police asked the neighbor some questions and they also tried to ask Jungkook and Hae-Won but both of them never said a word.

|-----Several weeks later-----|

Mrs.Jeon was fully recovered and it was Hae-Won's birthday. She was turning five on May Twenty Seven. Mrs.Jeon prepared a lot for Hae-Won, but the problem was she was not soo happy, and ever since that day she witnessed her drunk father beating her mother, Hae-won would always cry at night with her brother beside her trying his best to comfort her. Jungkook was only six years-old, but he was able to accept that his father is never going to comeback but, Hae-won has been more of the daddy's girl so she was not able to bare the pain of her broken heart.

"Happy Birthday too you~ happy birthday too you~happy birthday happy birthday~ Happy Birthday too Youu!" Mrs.Jeon sang with her beautiful soft voice, as she slowly put the cake on the table.

"Happy birthday my angel" Hae-wons mother said in a soft sweet voice.

"Happy birthday baby Hae-won!!" Jungkook screamed in excitement.

"CHOCOLATE!!!" Haw-won screamed as she saw the delicious chocolate cake .

"Happy Birthday, my baby girl" Mr.Jeon said, as he walked closer to his daughter. Mrs.Jeon glared at her husband as she slowly put the cake down on the side table.

"Daddy had a present for you, my baby girl" He said with his shaky voice. Hae-won then took the present and threw it on the floor.

"I hate you daddy." Hae-won said, as tears started to run down her face.

"What? Nonono please, take it. Its for you, my baby girl" He said, as he picked the present.

"GO AWAY DADDY! I HATE YOU!" Hae-won screamed, as she saw her fathers eyes widened in sadness. He dropped the gift on the floor and held his wife's wrist, and then pulled her outside the house, while Jungkook stayed behind to guard his sister.

"Ahhhh, stop it , your hurting me!" Mrs.Jeon yelped in pain. Her husband took a glass whisky bottle and broke it. Seconds later he stabbed his wife with the sharp end of the whiskey bottle.

"Its all you fault that my own daughter hates me now." He said as he continuously stabbed his wife. Mrs.Jeon screamed in pain as she felt the glass bottle slowly killing her.

"Don't you ever come to my house ever again." Mrs.Jeon said as she fell to the ground. And Jungkook and Hae-won came running after their mother.

"What have I done?...." Mr.Jeon asked himself in disbelief, as he saw the blood of his own wife all over his hands, and all over the floor. He called the ambulance and then he ran away, but before that, left enough money for the fair of his wife's surgery and the hospital fees.

Years later he never returned.
