Olympia's Pov
Once I had convinced Alecto and Artemis that it was probably just a couple of animals (and believe me when I say that it would have taken me a good long 10 minutes) we began trekking through the dark and mysterious woods again. However they continued looking around the woods like a couple of lost kids in the shopping centre trying to find their mothers, even though I wouldn't actually admit it out loud I was beyond scared at this point, not only for Alecto, Artemis and myself, I was actually starting to worry for Theia, I know I was saying that she was a wimp before and that she probably just left us because she was too scared to continue advancing into the woods, but the thing is I know she would never do that no matter how scared she may be of these god forsaken woods.
"I think we should probably head back, maybe we can come back at a more reasonable time tomorrow?" I heard Alecto whisper to Artemis, obviously getting more anxious to make sure her best friend of years was still in one piece.
"I was thinking the same thing, but there's a slight problem with going back..." Artemis mumbled back to her.
"You guys aren't actually talking about leaving are you?" I butted into their conversation probably sounded more irritated than I actually am at the moment.
"You aren't actually listening to our conversation are you?" Alecto mimicked back at me.
"Whatever, lets just go back, I'm sick of you complaining about Theia." I replied rolling my eyes slightly.
"We probably would've gone back already if we remembered where we came from." Artemis piped up, almost as soon as that sunk in I had a feeling that we were screwed.
"Shit... What are we going to do? we're so dead at the moment." Alecto started tripping out more than she was before.
"Why would you mention that? Now she's going to be more freaking paranoid than before, you're such an idiot!" I said turning to Artemis.
"It's not my fault if anyone's it's your fault, you suggested coming into the woods in the first place, and did you want us to get even more lost than we already are?" Artemis said shaking her head and walking over to Alecto to try and calm her down a bit. I sighed and sat down with my back leaning against a nearby tree and looking up at the beautiful yet horrifying night sky.
