Part 9: Trouble

(A/N: eyeyeyeyy guys it's been awhile like seriously and I am super terribly sorry for updating it just now.. after soooo longg.. But as promised I will finish this. Several more chapters to go. I had writer's block, luckily now not anymore.. so Enjoyyy the new chapter )

Silence occupies the whole room as Ellicia, Rin and Len gazed at the ceiling.

Thinking about different things in their heads.

Ellicia was reminiscing about her past and thinking what would happen if they found out about her sneaking in the secret room.

Rin was also remembering about her past. She was saddened on what happened in her previous life and now worried about Len.

Len on the other hand was the one who was really troubled.

As there was silence between them. Something strucked Ellicia.

"Oh yeah!! I guess that explains everything!" She suddenly exclaimed.

"What do you mean?" Len widened his eyes.

"I just remembered the R.T.G.V! Len, your memory solves everything!" She continued.

"What's the-- T.G.V?" Len raised a brow as he asked Ellicia.

"Its something really important! A big part of this mystery!" Ellicia excalimed.
"Shou told me the story behind that huge history, they made a book about what happened in the past, it perfectly connects with Len's story!"

"They made a book out of it?" Len tilted his head as he asked.

"I guess they'd really make one.. it's a huge history.. and it's my fault too." Rin shook her head as she remembered all the things that she did when she was still the evil princess.

Despite of the time when she came back and changed her way of living as a princess. Rin's feeling of regret about what she did was still dwelling in her heart.

"Anyways, the mysteries that we were trying to solve.. you answered it finally Len! About Rin's sudden change when she came back, the villager's twisted memories when she came back.. all of those! Yet the answer seems a bit unbelievable because the cause of it is your magic.. and the parallel world.. everything makes sense now!" Ellicia cheered out.

Even with her mature attitude, she surprisingly has her childish side-- was what the twins realized as they watched

Ellicia was being all happy, yet Rin and Len didn't give a slightest sign of happiness.

"Since we have solved the mysteries, we better tell Shou. Maybe he can help you with customizing your robot settings and you can once again live a normal life.. or not too normal" Ellicia told the twins.

Rin felt happy about the idea of living a normal life once again, though not too normal but, it seems that she can still get the clue that it isn't time to be merry making yet.
She glanced at Len beside her who stayed all quiet.

Len bit his lips as he thought silently.

Len's POV:

Everything isn't as simple as you thought Ellicia...

Everyone is in trouble..

I'm having double thoughts whether to tell you about this..
Or should I solve everything by myself?..
It's my responsibility as a prince in the Magic City

What should I do..?

Should I..

"Len.." my senses went back to present as I felt Rin's warm hand touch my shoulder. "You look... troubled."

Ellicia who had smiles all over her face earlier switched to serious mode.
Both were looking at me with eyes questioning if I am alright.

"I.. have something more important to tell you.." I shook my head as I finally decided to just tell them about this.
"Trouble.. is coming.."

.
.

"ELLICIA!! KAGAMINE TWINS!" A sudden deep voice yelled as he banged the door open.

"Professor Shou?"

We all looked surprised as he rushed towards us.

"We gotta go to the preserved place.. today!" He announced as he catched his breath.

Ellicia's eyes widened as we heard the news.

Something must've happened already

"An emergency.. is it?" I spoke out in a low tone.

Professor's attention was directed to me when I spoke out.

"You.. You know something about the past? Do you? And not just the past.." He began walking towards my direction. "The upcoming future too.. the visions you've been getting.."

The panicked professor grabbed the collar of my clothes.

"Tell us then.. We gotta hurry.. The people in Lab E2 A, when I tried to contact them.. for some reason I couldn't get in touch. In a way, I happened to thought of checking the gathered information in that lab but when I did... Everything wasn't there anymore.. all information might have been stolen or deleted. This gives me a bad feeling, we're fighting against something are we?Why would they suddenly do that. The only answer is.. they weren't working with me at all.. How could this be.."

I shook my head as I listened to him. I couldn't help but to shrug as I heard everything.

"So smart.. aren't you professor..?" I gave out a fake smile as I looked up to him.

"What do you actually mean by those..?" Ellicia inserted. "I kinda.. not get what you're saying.."

"In other word we're in big trouble..when we lose all the data from the other lab, they obviously used it for something . I trusted that man yet why is this happening.." Professor continued.

"Shou!" Ellicia raised her voice.
"But it doesn't make any sense. Those people helped us a lot in some ways. The expermients and to make the rebirth of the twins successful"

Professor just sighed as he continued. "Elli..Ellicia, everything doesn't have to make sense anymore. The world is becoming twisted.. It's rsther twisted in the first place already. Grandpa Charles just wanted to protect the history and solve the mysteries of R.T.G.V .. This all began when Len escaped the other lab and I realized he must have something to do with this.. So you have to tell us what you know." Professor Shou turned to me.

Rin who was all silent right next to me the whole time finally said something.
"L-Len.. how about you continue what you mentioned earlier? It sounded something serious.." She reminded me.

Oh yeah..

About that.
Ive decided to tell them everything. .

" I actually think you gotta start from all those surprising stuff you said earlier.. So he could get a hold of the truth too." Ellicia suggested.

I nodded my head in agreement.

"But please make it brief yet understandable, I don't think we have enough time to talk about the unecessary stuff."

And so I began telling him everything right from the top.

We don't have enough time so I better hurry..

Some people:

"He better meet up with our expectations."
"This isn't what I've expected though, who knew that Len would decide to tell them."
"Things change.."
" But it's giving us trouble.."
"We just need the last ingredients for it to be successful "
"Yes.. yes, so he better lead us right to it. We could've used Len though."
"That man failed us that time.. he shouldn't fail us now."

"Don't worry. It'll all soon be pure happiness once we finish all these."
