Part 5: Finding out

Len's POV:

Rin Kagamine?...
Rin... that's the name that always repeat in my head.

"N-Nice to meet you Rin, I'm Len Kagamine." I replied.

Rin gave a small smile and approached me.

"Ellicia told me that you are my twin.. It's weird having at twin.. And I've already seen how you look like once when I first woke up in this world, I was quite surprised!" Rin said as she sat beside me.

"I see.." I glanced at Ellicia who was wearing a smile on her face.

Isn't this kinda suspicious... Are they trying to lure me into a trap?..

"W-Why..." I whispered.

"Hm?" Ellicia reacted.

I clenched my hand and asked "Why did you save me?..Y-You are preparing a trap aren't you?.. You'll just bring me back to that place... "

That was quite embarrassing..

I glanced to their reactions.
Rin, who was still beside me was still eating orange and didn't mind at all. Addicted to orange?..

Ellicia who was also right next to me began to widen her smile and gave out a laugh which made me wonder why she was laughing.

"Is there something wrong?.." I asked. "Ellicia, you're acting weird.." Rin stared at Ellicia.

What's so funny?...

"Hahahahaha~ Rin didn't you hear what he said? Len said that we might have made a trap for him to bring him back to his laboratory." Ellicia said while laughing. "Don't worry, I've already told you right? I won't tell anyone.." She continued as she patted my head.

'I-It feels nice.. when someone pats your head... ' I looked away as I thought.

"But.. how did you bring me here with no one else knowing?.."

"Well~ Rin and I sneak in and out here in the laboratory. Shh~.." Ellicia laughed again.

Weird..

"How did you find me?" I asked.

Just then, suddenly, someone poked my face. As I turned, it was Rin.

"W-What are you doing?"
"I never seen anyone like me before... as they said we are twins.. It seems true.. you look kinda like me...plus... you look and sound really familiar.. I wonder why.." Rin replied.

Twins?..
Familiar?.. I feel that too..
anyway..
I brushed it off and asked Ellicia again "How did you find me?.."

There was a moment of silence as Ellicia began to explain.

"You see.. I was also trying to investigate about Rin's past.. It's something that made me really curious. And a way to find out was to bring her there to the preserved place. Supposedly there is a scheduled visit for Rin to go there but.. I want to find out before the head does for he might have a bad reason or something to Rin, not that I'm saying something bad about him, its just that there is a side that I hate about him..So, I wanna protect her-- No, I am gonna protect her... From all other things.."

Flashback

After that fun tour in the amusement park, Ellicia and Rin went back to the laboratory.

Ellicia's POV:

As we arrived back to the laboratory, Rin went directly to her charge capsule in my room since they transferred it the last time when I asked the favor about taking care of Rin.
