Part 4: Remembering

(A/N: I'm really really sorry for the late update!! (>o<)

Len's POV:

The superiors brought me to some kind of weird old looking place.

It was a very old building.

So this is what they meant by preserved..

The men approached me.

"Remember anything by looking at this building?" One of them asked.

"What?" Now I'm definitely confused.

Both of them gave out a 'tsk' expression with my reply.

Cold expressions from their eyes again..

They made me follow them inside the old building. As we entered, everything was dusty and seems like they never dared to move or clean something here.

We went to the highest part of the place, the attic.

When we arrived there, there was something that caught my eye in the middle of the room.

It was an old-looking, dusty mirror.

Familiar feeling...

"How bout this place?" The other man asked.

But.. My attention is still focused on the mirror, something bugs me about that mirror, or rather.. It feels nostalgic for some reason.

"Len Kagamine?" One of them called out.

Suddenly, my head and chest.hurts.

"Urgggghh!!!" I collapsed on the floor as I gripped my head and chest.

Help...Help....Rin..
Ah...wait... who is Rin?..

Suddenly everything became dark.

It feels like my body is floating in this complete darkness.

This familiar feeling.. something definitely important..

Suddenly, there was a little ray of light beside me. Little yet warm light..

I touched it.. and I was transported to another place.
Just where am I?

I found myself at the same old building I was in earlier.But this feels different. This isn't the present.

The building looks different. It look more presentable than how it looked earlier.

I noticed I was still in the attic, and.. I noticed.. Someone was there. It wasn't the men who were with me, but instead it was a frail little girl who was sitting right next to the mirror.

She was talking to someone in the mirror,stroking her hands gently on it.

'Is there someone in the mirror?weird.. Who is it?' I wondered as I walked closer to the girl.

I was about two meters away from her, not trying to get to close. I tried to focus my vision to the mirror, for some reason, I can't see that person's face at all.

They were having a conversation.

''You're not gonna sleep yet?'' A voice spoke from the mirror.
From the way it sounds, its a boy. But.. Also sounds really familiar.

''Heheheee~ it feels better this way.. Sometimes I get scared thinking... This might just be a dream.. I don't wanna wake up from this'' the frail girl said.
''Don't worry.. This is not a dream... And I promise-- if ever we get separated, we will always be together again.. Fate will make us-----''
