Summary: Natsu has been going on missions alone and this gets Gray curious why.

It's a normal day for Fairy Tail, the drunkards getting drunk, others going to missions and other normal things they do in a normal day. Though, Mira noticed something, their resident pink-haired dragon slayer has been going to work for three days straight.
"Gray?" Mira called out to the ice mage, who was currently standing by the stool, half naked. "What?" He asked the barmaid. "Could you check Natsu out? He's been working for three days straight, I know it's normal for him but I' really worried about him. He seems depressed, especially when he comes back." The white-haired mage explained.
Gray sighed, he seemed to notice the action of the pink haired mage too. "Okay, I'm quite worried for him too." He told MIra. "What job did he took today anyway?" He asked. Mira looked through the book and replied, "A request sent from the West, Fallcry Town. They requested to take down a group of monsters living in a forest near the town."
Gray stood up and ran outside the guild, knowing that Natsu won't dare to take a train, he decided to go to the station and took a train to the city. "I should get ahead of him. He needs to rest for god's sake." He mumbled to himself as he take a seat inside the train.
For the past years of being with Natsu, Gray had grown feelings for the dragon slayer. He loved him, and it certainly bugs him on why the latter had been tiring himself too much.
After a few hours of riding the train, he arrived at the station. He started walk to the town where Natsu was supposed to work. As he got to the town, he started to look for a pink-haired mage and after an hour of search, he failed. That was when a familliar voice called his name, "Gray?"
Natsu stared at raven haired mage, why was he here? For the past few days, he tried to avoid him, and the other didn't even notice it. So why was he here? It makes him wonder the hell why.
"What are you doing here? Do you plan on helping with this mission? You know yourself that I don't need one." He said. The other sighed, "I don't plan to help. Mira asked me to bring you home this instant." He replied.
"What? No. I accepted this job and I'll finish it!" He objected. "Natsu! You've been working for three days straight! Aren't you exhausted? I'm worried about you and I know that you need to rest." He was taken aback from what his friend told him. Gray was worried? Why was he?
'Oh yeah, because I'm his friend. Frienemy to be exact.' The dragon slayer thought. Yes, he was tired from working. But he doesn't want to abandon something that he already accepted on accomplishing. "Then just let me finish this one, I promise that I won't work for a while next time." He bargains. But the ice mage shook his head on refusal, "I'll finish it."
"No way in hell. I don't want to owe you anything in anyway. I was the one who took this mission, and I'll be the one who's going to finish it!" He almost yelled in frustration. "Why are you so stubborn? It's just one job! Let me do it! It's not like I'm asking for anything in return!"
He heard the other sigh, "Natsu, is there something bothering you?" He asked. He hissed under his breath, how could he tell Gray what's bothering him? He had been nervous around the guy for the last few weeks, he makes his chest explode and make him flush as the color of a tomato. "I-I.." He stuttered, hesitating if he should tell Gray his problem.
"What?"
"It hurts.." His heart hurts everytime he thinks that he loves Gray more than just a friend. Especially that he knows quite well that his fellow mage is interested with girls like Lucy or Juvia. "What hurts? Tell me where." Gray insisted. Natsu just shook his head and assured him that everything's fine.
"Natsu.. Just tell me where it hurts, I'll help you." It bothered the ice mage so much. He was curious about the dragon slayer's feelings right now. What was his problem? Why has he been acting so weird these days?
"No, you can't. You can't help me." You only make it worse, Natsu thought. Everytime I look in your eyes, it pulls me deeper, it makes me love you more than I ever could. Gray then held Natsu's shoulders and looked at him, "Why? Why can't I help you?!" He asked.
The dragon slayer looked away, blushing. "NATSU!"
"YOU'RE MY PROBLEM!" He blurted out, shocking his friend. "Happy?"
"What did I do?" Gray asked curiously. "You make me crazy everytime you approach me! Your face, your smell, everything! It makes me crazy! And my heart flutters so much that it hurts! It hurts because I know that-mmppf!" He was cut off by Gray's lips pressed against his.
The kiss was sweet, and full of passion. It was great, and Natsu wanted more. But Gray broke the kiss. "You love me, do you?" He asked making the fire dragon slayer blush. "Don't worry, bird brain. I love you too, very much." He said and kissed Natsu's forehead and pressed his forehead against the other one's.
