Chapter Nineteen

Tsunami was furious. She looked down at the burning trees, and become even more mad when she saw that some of the caves ha collapsed. As Clay, Anemone, and herself looked around at the destruction, they were all surprised when three figures raced up and pulled them into the forest.

"Hey! I'll rip your throats out you-!"

"Shhh. Tsunami, please try and be quiet," Sunny said.

Landing in the forest, Tsunami scowled at all the students and teachers standing there, ready to fly away. "What in the three moons is going on?"

Sunny sighed. "The statues demolished the school and set the forest on fire. Now, we're all going to Glory's place. We're just waiting for Nocturnal and Kite. Also, Sandstone went missing."

One of the students screamed, backing away from some of the forest. The leaves on the trees had started shriveling up and freezing. A metallic figure stepped out, smiling.

"What is that!?!?", Sunny asked, while all of the students present backed away.

"Turns out, Orca, my psycho sister came back from the dead, and now she's taken over the Summer Palace."

The statue chuckled, frosty breath going around it. As it walked forward, it left trails of frost behind it. Then, Clay Sunny, and Crimson walked up to it, blowing fire in its face.

"If we create enough fire, maybe we can melt it!", Sunny said. More students joined in.

The statue leaped back, hissing, it's head glowed a dull orange, and one of its horns drooped a little. It blew a cloud of ice particles at everyone, blinding them momentarily, and then flew off, it's metal wings giving off a hum in the air.

Just then, two Sandwing statues landed. "That's more like it!!!", Tsunami yelled. Grabbing a surprised statue by the leg, she hurled it at the other one, and they both crashed into the ground, cracks forming on them. They both got up, growling.

Then, Nocturnal landed on them both, and spreading his wings over them, he smashed down. They both blew up, burning some of the spots on his wings, and lava hardened on his scales, causing him to wince, but he quickly walked over to the group of dragons. Gently, he set down an unconscious, burnt, beat up dragon. "Kite got really hurt. I'm not sure if he'll wake up," Nocturnal said, shaking his tail out, and looking down at Kite.

Clay picked up Kite, making sure not to drop him. "They'll have some good medicine at the rainforest."

Tsunami nodded. "Everyone here? I know Sandstone isn't, but we'll have to worry about him later."

Fatespeaker looked around, talking to herself. "Starflight's here. Crimson's here. Sunny's here. Clay's here. Tsunami's here. Raindrop's here. Frostfire's here. Nocturnal's here. That unknown Nightwing/Icewing we found is here. That-"

Four statues landed, fire and lava coming from their open mouths. "Yep, everyone's here, let's go, let's go, LET'S GO!!!!!!" Tsunami lifted into the air, everyone flying after her.

No one once looked back. Not once at the forest, which had almost completely burned down. Not once at the mountain, which had caves that had collapsed. Not once at the lakes, which were covered in an ice that was growing towards the mountain. They didn't look back once.
