i'm an emotional person , i cry over a lot of silly things , i used to be like that since i was a little girl and the most feeling that control me is anger sometimes i feel my heart was build of hatred and resentment because i get hurt a lot before i know it's wrong to think like that or being like that but i am trying.

you know feelings can destroy a lot of things like when you are there sitting you had that one feeling and than you have everything all at once sometimes you control them and sometimes you can't ..sometimes you know it's a lie and sometimes you let it go 

feelings can destroy you when you keep them all to yourself , you know this is completely wrong! you have to let yourself go ,if you had something inside you for someone just say it , it's not easy but there's no point of keeping it all to yourself ,there is absolutely no point, we all have that one person cares about us more than everything! go to that person you have and tell them everything inside ,you'll feel a lot better i promise you , you have one life , to do whatever you want and to express your feelings to the people you love , don't waste it.

don't be afraid to show them , cry if you want to , cry in front of everyone it's not weakness but it means you had enough and you hold up so long you just let it all out by crying , it clears your mind , it's emotions , it's ok to cry , always know and remember that.

you love someone but you are too afraid to tell them ? why? do you think this person you love is better than you and there's no one in this world like them ? you think this person will say no and hurt you ? well listen what you feel right now will change by the time! you are not going to be this way forever! , if you love someone go and tell them with brave, strong heart and whatever they say to you , don't regret it because this is what you felt! some feelings are not meant to be controlled , whatever they say be happy of what you've done because you let that thing came out of you and you are finally free,you such a brave person.

whatever they say to you ,you may be sad for a couple days but i promise you it won't last forever , life changes , and we also do change , just go with the wind.

and remember having a lot of feelings is a lot better than being completely empty not knowing what to do! feeling empty is not okay! try your best to fill this emptiness with happiness you can do that! you just have to believe you can and have faith in yourself.

what about anger? god! i feel this way a lot but i keep myself cool , it's so hard to let it go but if you had this feeling we all do most of the time , you just have to calm yourself for yourself! don't think you are doing this for someone who made you angry that way, you are doing it for yourself .. anger is not good , if you are angry all the time , you'll lose a lot of hair and weight and you'll lose a lot of people around you and it's just not good for you.

calm yourself , wash yourself or take shower , take a million showers if that helps you to feel better! do it , go for a walk with your dogs or talk to someone you really really love , play some of your favorite old music and dance in your room till you get tired and fall in sleep , do some sport or yoga , make yourself some good food or read some books , take care of yourself.
